Great condo, great location, clean

My wife and 3 kids stayed the weekend. Parking, check in, check out was a breeze. The condo was clean, kitchen well equipped, nice beds, nice bath, great place. Robin is very responsive, you text, she responds. She is fantastic at communicating. The pool is nice, the pool bathroom nice. I highly recommend staying there. I know we will again. It simply checks all the boxes.

Clean and comfortable

Stayed at the rental, 6/15-21/2025. Hostess communicates everything clearly. Elevator and lots of baggage carts were available. The rental is nicely decorated and sleeps 6 people, with air conditioning and fans in most of the rooms. Kitchen and bathroom were clean and fresh. Outer balcony is enclosed so it’s safe The view is just spectacular! Large pool with lots of places to sit or lay. As you come off the beach, there are two water shower spigots to rinse off sand from chairs and feet. On-duty building staff were kind and helpful! Lots of parking area and could walk or ride the OC bus.

We had a fantastic stay. The condo was even better than advertised. A huge plus being the cleanliness, you could tell great care was taken to make sure it was fresh for our stay. Would most certainly stay again. Absolutely loved it!!

Gorgeous view & very nice condo! The beach closest could use an update or bring your own chairs and umbrellas. The kitchen is fully stocked & we had everything we needed there! We usually pack some extra trash bags, laundry pods, hand soap,& beach towels. Would suggest an update to the doors in the condo, the master bedroom doesn’t lock and the guest bathroom door has issues closing, the trifold doors in the laundry room are broken and the main patio door curtain has issues with the rod, other than that the condo was clean and beautifully decorated. We loved the location and the view was phenomenal! The pool area is nice as well as the gym. We love westwinds and will definitely return!We did have some mystery noises at night that sounded like someone was moving furniture above us but we were on the top floor…we assumed maybe it was the water pipes or utility room next door…it was bothersome the first couple of nights but we turned the fan on high and that helped mask the noise.

We loved the condo. It was very clean and had a homey feel to it, not to mention the wonderful pcean view. Robin was extremely helpful and readily available if needed. Highly recommend and would definitely go back.

One of the best

This is one of the best rentals I've ever stayed in. There was a view out the back and out the front which was nice. The place was clean, had all the essentials that were needed and good location. Definitely hoping to go back sometime.

Not enough words….

To describe waking up and looking out at that view over the ocean when the sun is coming up. Sitting on the enclosed patio enjoying the breeze over dinner. Sitting in the living room with the numerous fans and ac calling you off after a day in the sun. If it got any better, oh wait, I locked myself out. Oh, Robin responds quickly and we are back in. Great place, great response times, great week.

Spectacular Family Vacation

Wow! What can I say? Our stay at this condo went above and beyond anything we expected. The condo is gorgeous, completely renovated and extremely clean. The view of the ocean is spectacular! And, the convenience to the beach is what put it over the top for us. It was so easy for our family to be able to be on the beach within minutes, making it extremely easy for our young kiddos. Host Robin is so responsive and helpful. She really made us feel at ease going into the trip. Our family is hooked and we can not wait to return for our next vacation. Thank you for making our vacation so memorable!

Very clean!

We arrived at HPN after a long day of medical appointments for our daughter. I was pleasantly surprised with how clean the Condo was! The location was perfect for us, a bit away from the busy boardwalk area. We felt very safe, the location in particular was very low key. Perfect for a restful vacation! Robin was in contact with us frequently and made sure our needs were met. Everything we needed was available for the meals we made. Excellent experience!

Awesome condo!!!

My family stayed at Highpoint North condo 11 F and it was so clean and beautiful!!! The views of the ocean and bay were amazing!!! The owner Robin even checked in with us to make sure we were enjoying our stay!! The condo had everything we needed to enjoy a meal in. We will definitely be back. Also the pool was very clean and the ocean was steps away!! We had a great vacation!!! Thank you Robin for sharing your piece of heaven with our family!!!

Great condo!

This is our 3rd year at HPN and we absolutely loved this condo. Upon arrival, we noticed right away it was exceptionally clean, tastefully decorated, super comfortable and equipped with everything we needed for a week long stay. It was the perfect space for our family of 4, so much so that we re-booked this condo for next year already! Robin was a pleasure to communicate with, sending us a welcome message ahead of the stay and responding promptly to any question. If you are looking for a relaxing, worry-free stay right on the oceanfront, this condo is the perfect choice. Highly recommend!
