Kick back and relax as you enjoy peaceful ocean views from private direct ocean front decking! Multi levels of space can be found in this townhome. Park your vehicle under the building and walk right onto the 1st floor. This floor is equip with a large bedroom boasting a queen bed and single pullout sleep chair. Sliding doors off the bedroom will lead you to an outdoor shower and a short walkway to the beach. A beautifully renovated hall bathroom can be found on this floor also! Take the stairs to the second floor offering a newly updated kitchen dining area living room and sliding doors guiding you one of the best ocean front decks you could dream of! As an added bonus the second floor offers a bedroom with a queen bed located off the dining room area. Lastly take a walk up the stairs located by the kitchen to the third floor. This floor will offer a hall bathroom a king bedroom with amazing views and a large balcony area. Down the hall you will find room with 1 full bed and 2 twin beds with trundles that can each be converted into king beds! Through this bedroom you will come to yet another bedroom with a king bed! Spacious enough for the whole family this townhome will be your next favorite vacation rental spot in Ocean City MD!

Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.

House needs a DEEP clean -sofas are dirty and stained, carpet on steps leading from entrance to second floor smells like dirty feet; ceiling fan in living room has 2 inches dark dust on the fan blades , king mattress on second floor needs to be replaced along with the nasty egg crate mattress topper- the actual mattress is a marshmallow pit with no support. You require the guest to bring sheets and yet the existing mattress protector covers are stained and need to be replaced. Lastly / a decent working vacuum would also be nice to clean up. Great location but for the money charged the owners and the leasing agent need TO STEP UP THEIR GAME !!! Replace the old stuff or lower your price !!

Fun family time in Ocean City, Maryland

The unit is very conveniently located in midtown Ocean City, Maryland and is adjacent to the beach. The location of the property allows for adults and children to access the beach without having to walk more than 30 yards. The sleeping rooms were clean with plenty of storage available. There is a wonderful deck on the front of the unit facing the ocean. The only issue is the parking at the unit is limited to 1 car, but free parking is available on 35th or 36th street. We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this beach front house.

August 3-10 vacay

Our family vacation with 8 adults and two under two was great. The location was perfect! The photos don’t match the current place but plenty of sleeping room for all! We loved the deck space too! We made most meals there so I would recommend better skillets and cook ware for groups our size. The frig needs maintenance and an ice maker at the beach a must. Overall this was a great place for our growing family!

This condo is nice. The cleaning could have been better, we moved twin beds to make a king as suggested and there was so much garbage under the beds we needed a broom and dust pan. Beds are comfortable though. The living room is nicely arranged but the corner hasn’t been cleaned in years next to the stairs there was so much dirt and garbage it was appalling. Cleaning a condo when you get there when you pay so much to stay is irritating. The sand everywhere and understandable but dirt and garbage is not.
