This place was overall a nice stay. However, the room smelled of marijuana pretty bad when we first arrived. The coffee pot was not usable because it was very dirty inside. The blankets had some stains on them and there was no hand towels drying towels provided. The air-conditioning worked well and the rooms were overall clean. The view from the balcony was nice. I would stay here again.

Short Family Vacay

The only reason I didn’t give this property 5 stars is because it wasn’t cleaned before we arrived, however the host was quick to respond, and offered to have someone come clean right away (cleaning company got days confused, it happens). Since we had already brought all of our luggage in and needed to shower I didn’t want anyone coming in so she offered us a partial refund instead. Everything else was just as advertised and looked exactly like the pictures. The beach was busy during our stay but we didn’t mind.

Nice place

Great location. We had enough room for 4 of us. So nice having a kitchen. It was pretty clean on arrival. Only complaint is the noisy AC units. I did send a message to the owner before we arrived and never heard back. It wasn’t an urgent message. It seems from reviews the owner is usually good at responding.

Convenient location

Great location, easy check in, affordable and plenty of apace for a couple. Not as clean as the reviews suggested in my opinion. The bedroom ac unit was loud and made it difficult to sleep through.

Quaint Condo for Oceans Calling Stay

We enjoyed our stay at Tabitha's quaint condo on 36th Street. We were there for the Oceans Calling Music Festival and we had everything we needed for an extended weekend. Love It!!

This is my second time staying at this property. I am beyond please with the property, location, and my stay. The place was clean and homey. A friend stayed when the me this time. She slept in the room and I had a queen size air mattress in the living room. The place is equipped which pots, utensils, and dishes. You bring your own linens, paper products, and anything else you may need. I can't say enough how much I love this place. It is now my #1 spot, if its available, when I visit OC.

Great location, nice place and well equipped. Owner answered a message about an issue very quickly and she was nice and helpful. You could tell it was the end of the season as the couch, chairs, rugs,blankets, toaster oven tray etc all need a thorough deep cleaning and the bedroom door had peeling paint and deep gouges in it. The air conditioner in the bedroom turns on and off constantly when in energy saving auto mode so we couldn’t use that mode. There are two flights (about 30 total) outdoor steps to get to the unit with no elevator (that was clearly noted in the description of the unit).
