Benvenuti a Sunset Island, la principale località turistica di Ocean City. Ti rendi conto di quanto sia speciale questa comunità non appena passate l'ingresso protetto e entrate nella comunità. Sarete accolti da case di città grandi e luminose, con grandi portici frontali e marciapiedi in mattoni che ricordano un quartiere di Charleston, SC. Le strade tranquille illuminate si prestano a romantiche passeggiate serali, come si prende nel quartiere, le vedute dell'acqua che circonda l'isola su 3 lati e, naturalmente, quei meravigliosi tramonti dell'oceano. Great Location

Our family enjoyed staying at Sunset Island. There is so much to do with leaving the resort. It was a short walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The home fit our family and was very spacious.

Great Time!

The property is awesome. Sunset Island is a hidden gem inside Ocean City, Maryland. This is my first stay here and won’t be my last. So much to do within the property to enjoy your stay with family and friends.

4 Generation’s of Family Vacation

Rental process smooth and easy! Check In very easy! We had a wonderful 4 Generations of family vacation! Only problem we encountered was that Cleaning Service does not perform very well. We had to wipe down tables, due to spills that were not cleaned by the previous tenants. All in all, we love Sunset Island.

Beautiful property

This was our first time staying at Sunset Island. There were 8 of us ranging in age from 2 months to 68 years old. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and privacy, and also enough room on the main level for everyone to enjoy a meal together or watch TV. The community itself is beautiful with plenty of activities. We rented kayaks one afternoon and were also in walking distance of many shops and restaurants.

Great property in a perfect location!

The property is exactly as described. It is in a perfect location with plenty of shops and food options within walking distance. Only downfall is not realizing the number of stairs to the larger bedroom (LOL).

Gorgeous Island and great house

It is easy to locate and within walking distance to pool and lovely bay beach. The house was cleaned but had soiled bath rugs and showers. I cleaned before use!! The garage door opener and light switches were very dirty. Otherwise I loved the house and neighborhood. Will stay there again.

The rental management company is very unprofessional

We checked in the place and found out that is dirty and have not been cleaned! Contacted the rental company and after couple of call and text messages, they realized that they forgot to clean the property! After driving 5 hours to get there now we had to wait another 3 hours for them to clean place!

Review of stay at Sunset Island townhouse

The townhouse was everything we had expected. The rooms were big and it was great to have bathrooms for all are adult children. We loved the deck and used it each day. The FR/LR/Kitchen area was great. We were VERY disappointed at the unavailability of the community pool. One of the biggest reasons we chose this location was access to pool for our grandchildren. We were diligent about trying to get signed up, but each and every time we were blocked out. We contacted the property managers looking for some assistance but were basically not heard. COVID was not the problem...the problem was we were not given sufficient info or time to "beat the rush" and it was apparent that other groups knew the system better than we did. Since we were not going out for dinners (due to our large group, small grandchildren and COVID, we had counted on being able to break up the day for the kids by using the pool. As always, the OC beaches were beautiful. All of this said, we still rate the experience good and hope that next year we can be given better access to the community pool.

Excellent Accomodations

Property is well maintained and includes many amenities. Kitchen is well supplied with utensils/dishes,cookware so no need to bring any extra supplies. Also has a large supply of beach equipment(chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards). House is spacious and not cluttered with needless decorations. A very nice place!

Hi Dave. The Berry family had a GREAT time at 39 Canal Walk. We thank you for all you did to make our first family vacation happen. Thank you also for addressing our two issues early on. I still can't believe how fast the plumber got to the house. We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to O.C. and are already talking about the possibility of doing this again in 2020. Very sizable property. Not a fan of having to purchase a $70 parking pass to park in the front of the property. Parking in the rear only. No garage door openers which was an inconvenience. Overall, a very nice, very clean, and great amenities.
