First things first—the price. While I understand it's peak season and oceanfront, 480/night before fees and taxes felt steep for what we got.The office staff reached out early and coordinated our after-hours check-in, which was appreciated. However, check-in instructions lacked important details. For example, we weren’t told we had to visit the second-floor management office to get a parking pass. It would’ve been helpful to have the welcome package (with TP, paper towels, etc.) waiting in the condo for after-hours arrivals. We also didn’t know there was an outdoor storage closet—knowing that ahead of time would’ve let us bring a lock for our beach gear.We purchased the linen package, but it would have been nice if the beds were made and towels placed in the bathrooms instead of left in plastic bags.Cleanliness was below average. There was pet hair on the balcony doorframe, sand on the floors despite sweeping, and spiderwebs in corners. The bathrooms showed visible mildew, especially in the shower pan and tub.The condo was half-updated. The kitchen was modern and well-stocked. The living room was decent. Bedrooms were average. Bathrooms were very dated with yellow tile. The A/C kept the living area cool, but bedrooms stayed warm—even with fans running.Overall, the location is excellent and communication was responsive, but for the price, we expected more cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail.
