    The Space:

    Situated in an enviable oceanside locale, this family-friendly condo is the ultimate home base no matter the season. Sip a crisp beverage and view the ocean and bay from the furnished balcony anytime. The light and bright interior features a coveted open layout with a welcoming living room and a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Create beach snacks and favorite meals, then gather at the four-seat kitchen bar or the dining table. Walk less than one block to miles of gorgeous coastline to view sunrises and watch the spectacular sunsets over the bay from your balcony. Extra perks include a private washer/dryer, ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom, two wall AC units, electric baseboard heat, and a convenient half bath. Rent stand-up paddleboards or kayaks, check out the Assawoman Bay, or rent a boat and explore the open waters. Don't miss the famous free-roaming ponies located at Assateague State Park. Or, cruise to historic Main Street in downtown Berlin for amazing antiquing. You'll be right next door to a beach restaurant and within walking distance to surf shops, the convention center, and the visitor center. Ocean City Boardwalk is only eleven blocks away. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The owners have provided a lovely apartment with tasteful decor and comfortable furniture. You’’re half a block from the beach and across from the Convention Center. Short drive to the Boardwalk. Perfect place to be. Vacasa was great through the whole process and in providing start up supplies

The entire experience was seamless. The instructions were clear, the condo was clean and comfortable. Great location in proximity to the beach and everything else was a short walk or drive away! It was great!

Great unit. Block and a half from convention center. Easy process. Unit well stocked and comfy. Only 1 small complaint. Change the shower liner in bathroom. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay in OC!

My son and I were in the OC area for baseball tournament and Condesa 201 was the perfect spot for some RR between the games. It's in a great location -- a short walk to the beach and places to each. The condo itself is thoughtfully appointed, very comfortable and very clean. The hosts made it easy, including all the essentials (bedding, soap, shampoo, etc). I only wish we had a few more days to enjoy the condo and OC.

Amazing location half a block from beach

We loved our stay at Hale Kai! The location is phenomenal. You are half a block to the beach! You have no excuse not to hit the beach when the whim strikes. The condo worked well for our small family. Beds were firm and comfortable . Kitchen has everything you could need. Great to be able to save some money by cooking in the full kitchen. We will definitely be back next year. Very relaxing condo with great laid back beach vibes!
