Questa posizione è l'ex rifugio di pescatori della famiglia Trimper (Trimper's Rides) e se la pesca è la tua passione, allora hai intenzione di voler rimanere qui! I moli che circondano queste unità presentano alcune delle migliori zone di pesca di Ocean City, dato che alcune aree scendono di 45 piedi! I pescatori "nel sapere" sono comunemente visti pescare in questa zona in quanto è un punto caldo noto. Ma per te, lascia la tua lenza e divertiti. Nessuna licenza di pesca richiesta! Se la pesca non fa per te, allora abbiamo ancora coperto. Questa proprietà vanta alcune delle viste più incredibili sull'acqua. Siediti e goditi il giorno in cui arrivano le barche portando il pescato nei porti turistici locali. La sera, avrai il tuo posto privato per uno dei migliori tramonti sulla costa orientale! La cena sul balcone al tramonto sembra romantico! Convenientemente situato vicino alla 6th street, la tua famiglia godrà del facile accesso al lungomare e di tutte le attività divertenti che offre. L'unità in sé ha avuto molti nuovi aggiornamenti tra cui bagni ristrutturati, elettrodomestici aggiornati, pavimenti, moquette, pittura e boiserie, ma è stato in grado di mantenere il suo fascino Ocean City. C'è una cucina completa disponibile per quei giorni in cui si desidera mangiare insieme ad una lavatrice e asciugatrice e connessione wi-fi gratuita. Le porte e le finestre scorrevoli invitano le brezze rilassanti della baia nell'unità e la mantengono comoda, ma l'AC è disponibile se ne hai bisogno.

Great bayfront condo in a quiet area, just a 5-minute walk from the beach and boardwalk. Clean, spacious, and well-equipped kitchen. Would stay again when visiting Ocean City.

Convenient stay for Oceans Calling

We had a fine 3 night stay in this bay-view apartment. Everything was great except for the noise from folks walking upstairs starting at 6am each day. A noise machine and ear plugs helped, but we could still hear little feet running around. All else went great.

Girls Weekend

The view was spectacular! We loved watching all the fishing boats. The street was quiet too. We never wanted to leave the balcony. Was able to walk everywhere instead of taking our car. Everybody had a great time! Will definitely book this place again for next year. The only complaint I have was behind the sofa was a mouse trap with peanut butter on it. So glad there wasn't a mouse on it.

Perfect Stay in a Great Location

Stayed here with my significant other and two teenagers; the space was perfect for us. The place was a great size for our group; was clean & had amazing views; everything was as described. Location was great as it was steps away from the boardwalk & beach. Definitely would stay here again!

Everything you would hope to expect in a rental this checked every box. It was clean, quiet & very homey. Views are spectacular at any time of the day. 10 min...if that walk to the beach. Couldn't have had a better trip...it was the best one yet!!...Thank you again!!...

Perfect location!

The location of the property directly on the bay but so close to the excitement of the boardwalk and the beach gives you the best of everything in OCMD! We really enjoyed sitting out in the morning and evenings on the deck watching the boats go by. The condo is spacious with lots of privacy and is very clean. They give you everything you need to have a comfortable relaxing stay. I would recommend this place to anyone and would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time! We arranged this short trip for my father from Indonesia, so compare to Bali or Lombok beaches, this actually beyond expectation. He has special diet so we need to cook for him and everything works great in the unit. Nice spot for fishing too! Definitely recommended 👍

Extremely Disappointing Stay – A Nightmare Experience

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at this VRBO property, and I must say that it was an absolute nightmare. This was our first time booking with them, and it was a decision we came to regret deeply. The first issue that greeted us upon arrival was the shocking lack of cleanliness. Not only was the place not up to standard, but we were also greeted by the unwelcome presence of bugs on the sofabed. This alone set the tone for a less than pleasant stay. But that was just the tip of the iceberg. One of the bathroom doors was jammed, and to our utter disbelief, my friend got stuck inside on not just one, but two occasions. The lack of responsiveness from the host only exacerbated the situation, leaving us to rely on desperate measures like shouting for help out of a bathroom window. This level of distress and inconvenience is entirely unacceptable. Adding insult to injury, a broken hook in the property was attributed to us, leaving us unfairly held responsible. The host's refusal to acknowledge their own property's shortcomings and passing blame to guests is beyond frustrating. Furthermore, we followed their instructions to a tee regarding towels and linens, yet we were hit with extra fees without any reasonable explanation. This kind of deceptive behavior showcases a lack of transparency and a blatant disregard for the comfort of their guests. Overall, our stay at this VRBO property was an experience I wouldn't wish upon anyone.

Clean and cozy, with a marvelous location

My husband's family owned a cottage for generations in the northern part of OCMD so we had limited experience staying closer to the Inlet. With its two bedrooms and two bathrooms, well-appointed kitchen, comfortable living and dining areas, and AMAZING sunsets from the deck as advertised, Islander 4 provided the perfect accommodations for my family of four. Staying over the July 4 holiday provided an extra bonus with watching multiple firework displays from the bayside deck before moving to the front porch/deck for an incredible view of the Inlet show. Great experience overall!

Best Sunsets, Quiet Street

Fished, ate crabs and watched some of the most fantastic sunsets on the balcony. Very quiet (aside from the Air Show, which was fantastic to watch on the boardwalk), even during graduation week. Dolphins came by first two nights, Very happy with everything.

Bayside Gem

This cute and cozy condo was perfect for an early Mother's Day trip to SpringFest. My mom, daughter and I loved the condo's location and spent quite a bit of time on the porch overlooking the bay.

Gem on the bayside

We happened upon this property after our previous condo was sold. It’s built literally over the bay waters. Well maintained and has been fitted with large tv’s in the living room and both bedrooms. A quiet neighborhood and since the bayside is facing west, you’ll get gorgeous sunsets. 5 minute drive to grocery stores or an array of restaurants. We will rent again.

Excellent location!

My husband and I just returned home from a 4-night stay. The unit was very clean and well appointed. Exactly as pictured. It was ready two hours early for checkin! The location is outstanding and surprisingly quiet. Stunning sunsets. We will return to this property again.

Beautiful views!

Lovely condo, in my favorite area in OC where there are still small cottages and there is still some old OCMD charm. My dad caught a few fish off of the balcony. The best part…the views. Absolutely amazing!

Loved the property, great location! Very clean and had all we needed! Loved being able to fish off the back deck and to watch the boats in the bay. Only one issue was with others parking in our designated spot and having to find street parking, but that was not the owners fault, just cross your fingers for great neighbors on your trip. Would stay again 100 %

First family vacation

This was our first family vacation. It was my husband, myself, our two children (2 & 4), and my in-laws. The property is on a one way street so there was not a lot of traffic. The view off of the balcony is beautiful! Also a quick walk to the beach and boardwalk!! Pictures of the property are spot on.
