The Space:

Nestled in the heart of Ocean City, this charming cottage offers a comfortable retreat for your beach getaway. With three bedrooms, this vacation rental is perfect for a family or group of friends looking to enjoy the sun, sand, and surf.



Step inside to find a comfortable living space with modern amenities, including four TVs for streaming all your favorite channels using your own accounts, and central air-conditioning to keep everyone cool on hot summer days. The well-equipped, full kitchen features everything you need to make it easy to whip up delicious meals during your stay.



Outside, you'll find a shared patio where you can relax and soak up the sunshine. The outdoor shower is also shared among the three cottages on the property, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.



Conveniently located close to the boardwalk and the bay, you'll have easy access to all that Ocean City has to offer. Spend your days lounging on the beach, strolling along the boardwalk, or trying your hand at water sports on the bay.



For a bit of local flavor, be sure to check out the iconic Ocean City Boardwalk, where you'll find shops, restaurants, and amusements for the whole family to enjoy. Take a leisurely stroll along the bay and watch the sunset, or head to nearby attractions like the Jolly Roger Amusement Park or Northside Park for even more fun.



Things to Know

Two parking spaces on the driveway. Additional metered street parking and paid lots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The parking lots and meters are enforced between April 1 and October 31.

Property Layout

Main House (Unit 3)

Located at the front of the property, the main house features 3 bedrooms and serves as the centerpiece of the property.

Cottages (Units 1 & 2)

Nestled behind the main house, these two detached cottages provide a private and comfortable retreat while still enjoying access to shared amenities.



Shared Amenities

*Laundry Room

A shared laundry room is conveniently located in a separate room attached to the back of the main house. Guests can access the laundry room using the lockbox located on the door.

*Outdoor Shower

After a day at the beach, rinse off at the shared outdoor shower located on the rear exterior of the main house.

*Courtyard

Relax and unwind in the communal courtyard, a charming outdoor space available for all guests to enjoy.



Parking Information

Main House (Unit 3)

Guests staying in the main house have exclusive use of the private driveway for themselves and their visitors.

Cottages (Units 1 & 2)

Guests staying in the cottages must utilize available street parking. Driveway parking is reserved exclusively for Unit 3.



Important Notes

Please be mindful that the laundry room, outdoor shower, and courtyard are shared amenities available to all guests on the property. We appreciate your cooperation in helping maintain a pleasant environment for everyone.



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
