    The Space:

    The Sea Watch in Ocean City offers everything a vacationer could want. Enjoy the beach or the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a complimentary movie theater, a fitness facility, saunas, a huge game room, a snack and soda shop, a playground, a basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience. THINGS TO KNOW Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high. The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact Sea Watch for off-season availability. The den has been enclosed with a constructed wall that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience. This end unit has an interior balcony with a private entry door & an exterior balcony accessible from the primary bedroom & living room. Smoking is not permitted in the unit or on balconies. Permitted only at 2 designated smoking areas only. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

A beautiful property with gracious amenities and a unit with everything you may need. The staff were friendly and helpful, which created a safe environment. I loved sitting on the balcony looking out to the ocean. This is a place where memories are made!

Great Location!

Excellent location! I was happy to find this rental on a last minute vacation for my family. Love how the den is sort of like a mini bedroom and perfect for the kids. Living room is kind of on the small side and the master bathroom is tight.

The home has water views from every window. The home was clean and cozy. The property grounds offered a lot of amenities and the area was very clean. Great location. Vacasa was great with communication check in and out process was easy . Would highly recommend this property. Thanks for sharing your home😁

Perfect getaway

This condo is very family friendly. A big surprise - they did enclose the den! (Originally listed as open) It worked out perfect since the kids have different sleeping schedules. The beds were comfortable, the seating in the living room was very nice and comfortable.

Everything we needed

We stayed at this apartment for a family reunion. It was spacious enough for four adults and 2 kids. The bed in the master was very comfortable. The front balcony was a bonus. Beautiful views from both balconies. Note: the indoor pool was not one in late March if anybody is wondering about that.

Was absolutely gorgeous and very accommodating. The place is near the food market and wawa. It's about 10 minutes away from the boardwalk. There are so many activities to do. The house js equipped with pots and pans that are large so you don't have to worry about feeding large groups. There is no keurig but a coffee pot. Really loved the place. Amazing for kids

Great view. Beautiful place.

The condo is on the 17 floor (at end) with multiple elevators. They supplied a lot of carts to get you goodies to your room. No waiting for carts. Security and office attendants were polite and friendly. Inside pool was great. Very tropical feeling. It has a Game room, activity courts and even a movie theater. Condo had all amenities of home. Clean and well decorated. Communication with rental agency was good.

Family Fit!

We enjoyed our stay with 4 kids (4 months to age 9). It was roomy enough for everyone to sleep comfortably and set up a pack n play for the baby in the primary suite. There are 4 twins, a king and the pull out couch. Little touches such as a coloring book and games were nice. Plenty of seating for casual eating. We didn’t use the balcony because the wind was crazy and I was paranoid being so high with littles. I’m sure most people wouldn’t mind being so high. The views were incredible and we could see the Sunday night fireworks over the bay perfectly (north park). The food at the little shop is amazing and we had ice cream almost every night. Walking distance to groceries too. We didn’t use the pool much because it was really cold but it was nice. Kids loved the game room and playground. The playground is nice in the evening when the sun is setting, during the day the playground doesn’t get shade so it’s hot. Love the building, unit and the people we met!
