This condo overlooks the beach, boardwalk and ocean. Features include a washer/dryer, a well-equipped kitchen, and two 32-inch HD TVs. While this home does not have central air-conditioning, it is equipped with split-system air-conditioning. You have access to the shared indoor pool.

Things to Know
The indoor pool is open seasonally from May through September.
This secure building is accessed via a key fob, and each reservation only receives two.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Review of building

My only issue was the steps to get into the building. I had a hard time walking up them and carrying all my luggage up the stairs to the elevator. Also I would prefer an outdoor pool as well but that wasn’t advertised.

Outdated but great location

Beautiful balcony location right on the beach. Very comfortable and great location. It could use some updating for sure, you are buying the location. That being said, it has everything you need. The checkin process would have been super easy. Great commication, sends text info and emails with instructions. Door code has access without keys.... HOWEVER I called to speak to an operator they advised I had to get the parking pass at their office - 2 miles which you know is 30 minutes out of your way. Why? Everything was done online and doorlock code. Anyway, I arrive there it's closed at 5pm (no the operator didn't tell me that). There were other people grabbing packages from a locked cabinet on the porch. I showed them my emails and text messages - I didn't have a code for the cabinet. Thankfully they trusted me and I gave them my name, they pulled the envelope that had nothing but the parking pass. What a huge inconvenience, we stay at alot of private rentals and have never had to waste hrs calling, driving and convincing strangers that I am a legitimate renter to get a pass. That should be inside the property. Again, everything else was great just not a great way to start. Plan on having to check in at the office.
