    Bright, cheery, and cozy, this studio condo at Three Cheers is everything you need for a memorable stay in Ocean City. Enjoy a full kitchen, air-conditioning, a brand-new smart TV you can use with your personal streaming accounts, and free WiFi throughout the space. Three Cheers is a well-located property in midtown Ocean City with an outdoor swimming pool on the grounds. When you're not lounging on the beach two short blocks east, you'll find that you're only two blocks from the north end of the Ocean City Boardwalk, across Coastal Highway from Jolly Roger Amusement Park, and within blocks of popular restaurants, shops, mini-golf courses, and nightlife. Things to Know No washer/dryer. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Decent place to stay during bike week. If you are bringing a trailer make sure you plan ahead for a place to park it! My only complaint and I should have thought about that first. Excellent communication, excellent location!

The floor was so dirty my feet were black the first day of walking g in the floor. There was garbage on the floor. Dirt and hair on the outlet covers and wall hangings. The bed frame was falling apart where you could see the foam. I was told it was clean, and that I got what I paid for. I’m sorry I got what I paid for due to location and age of facility, but I don’t care what you pay it should be clean!!! There was hair on the heating vent in the bathroom. I’ve been in the big condos on the beach and my feet and socks never got black. This was not my first trip to ocean city Maryland.

It started with the check in process. I have always checked in online and given a code for the rental. The check in was 34 blocks away from the rental and you could not check in early. I spoke with some via email and they said they could not help. I picked the rental based on closeness to my event. The fact that the check in was so far away was extremely inconvenient to my plans. We did not get to room until 1 AM the next day. It was old and dingy. When I woke up the next day you could see how dirty the suite was. There were layers of dust on the bedframe and radiators. There were crummy cobwebs on a picture. I spoke to Barry who said he understood my concerns. They had issue with the same thing in the past. I told him I wanted a new room elsewhere; he could not accommodate that so he allowed me to check but could only refund some money not all because VBRO takes that rest. This place is below any rental I have ever used. I will be much more selective if I use your site. I thought the quality of rentals were better than this. Barry told me they only do surface cleaning regularly and full clean seasonably. This was neglected for quite some time. I would have left Friday if we had not gotten in so late. I feel cheated. I only ever stay at VBRO type places. I thought I could trust this company to vet their rentals to make sure they acceptable.
