You'll have four decks to choose from, as well as a 21-foot dock - so bring your boat! In this ideal West Ocean City location, you'll be just across the way from the public boat launch and one mile from the historic Ocean City Boardwalk. White Marlin Mall is right across the street and Assateague Island is within an easy drive.

The spacious main floor features plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy the incredibly inviting setting. Unwind in the living room and watch your favorite shows on TV or curl up on the couch with a good book. The group's chef will love the well-equipped kitchen which has the amenities you'll need to make anything from a small snack to entire meals. Enjoy the fruits of your labor together in the dining area. Afterward, head out onto the deck and lounge while taking in the pleasant scenery and the crisp Maryland air. The enormous primary bedroom suite has its own large private deck; two more bedrooms have their own decks as well.

There is a shallow water slip (dock 49) that fits a maximum 21-foot boat.
To use the boat slip, please provide the first and last name of the person renting the home and the first and last name of the boat's owner.
This home features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience.
The owner provides one pool pass (which cannot be guaranteed; there is a $50 charge if it is lost).
No smoking and no pets allowed.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
