    The Space:

    Perfectly situated in Ocean Village, this gorgeous townhome is nestled in a great west Ocean City location! During your stay, relish lovely pond views from the spacious deck, and don't miss out on utilizing the community's tennis court, indoor pool, outdoor pool, playground, basketball court, clubhouse, and fitness center. When you aren't playing close to your stay, local attractions like Embers Island Mini Golf, Old Pro Golf, Fenwick Island State Park, Ocean Downs Casino, the Freeman Arts Pavilion, and Assateague State Park are all within quick driving distance. Spend the day at Assateague Island, where you can go kayaking or canoeing and see the wild horses roam free.



    Adorned in an effortless nautical theme, the interior of the townhome is full of sunlight. Cozy up on the living room's oversized sofa in front of the gas fireplace. Here, your favorite TV shows and movies can be streamed with ease. When you aren't dining out, the well-equipped kitchen presents a pleasant space to play chef.



    As the day begins to wind down, throw your clothes in the private washer/dryer for a refresh and tune the central air-conditioning to your liking. Enjoy the stunning sunset views from the balcony. A good night's rest will follow swiftly as you tuck under the soft linens available in each of the bedrooms.

    *All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

    Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and occupy this property.



    Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Clean and very spacious. We were down for a baseball tournament in Salisbury MD. The location was great in that we could enjoy Ocean City at night while being close enough to the fields for the day. The community is nice and includes a center that has a pool and small gym. Check in/out process was very easy. I would stay here again.

This unit was amazing and there was so much room for our party of 6 to relax comfortably. The property around it was fantastic as well. The kids loved playing in the grassy areas and the gazebo and the fountains lit up at night were gorgeous. The only issue we had was with access into the pool. Once you get into the clubhouse with the key fob you have to actually access the pool itself by going thru the bathrooms as the doors to the pool straight ahead are locked. This should be outlined in the little book in the unit that outlines other house info. Luckily there was someone else at the pool that told us how to get in. We also had to help another family figure it out later in the week when they couldn’t get in. However, once in, the indoor and outdoor pools were great! They were clean and the kids loved playing in them.
