Highpoint North 12-E is a stylish beachfront condominium. This one bedroom, one bath condo with den area offers beautiful oceanfront views of the Ocean City coastline. This high-rise building has a sundeck along with an outdoor pool and is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Highpoint North 12-E is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals.

The comfortable living room is furnished with a sofa and multiple chairs with the sliding glass balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a dining area, perfect for delicious meals with the family. Next to the living area is the dining area with four chairs. The kitchen is fully stocked with a small breakfast bar, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a television and unit AC. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and rear balcony area has a daybed with a trundle. The full size bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to 6 people, so bring the whole family!

Unit 12-E has the following amenities: Two air conditioning units, two TVs, 1 Blu-Ray/DVD player, 1 DVD player, stack washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove and dishwasher. Building Amenities include an outdoor pool, sun deck and outside foot shower, three elevators along with one car parking (provided at the building with registration fee).

Very dated property

Upon arrival, it appeared security door had been kicked in, as deadbolt would not work. Horrible smell in bedroom. Very musty and air conditioner covered with dirt/dust. Slider doors were difficult to open/close, as was shower door. Small flat screen tv, with no HD.

Extremely poor communication

We were given very curt, one-word answers to basic questions, and then given the wrong info. For example, does the property include cleaning supplies, paper towels, toilet paper, etc? We were told no, so we brought all of our own supplies only to find the property already had all of them. Complete waste of our time to lug all the things that we didn't need. We were not told about fee to park at the property until we arrived. Air-con did not work in the bedroom. The property looks quite run down and outdated, but fine we could live with that. The white-supremacist flag flying literally on the balcony next door, on the other hand... Combined with everything else made the whole experience very unappealing and we decided to leave a day early. Basically the property management does not seem to know anything at all about the property they manage.

Beat Up and Dirty

This property needs some TLC. Though it was near the end of the summer season, this is no excuse for the dirty condition. Whoever the cleaning person/company is....they need to be relieved of their duties. We didn't pay rental costs just to have to clean the place up ourselves...which we did. But there were some things we couldn't make better like dirty rugs thrown on top of filthy carpets underneath. Seriously? This is not a property we would rent again or recommend to others.

Beautiful view of beach and sunset

Building and grounds are very nice with easy access to beach and pool. Some things in the condo could use an upgrade but overall we enjoyed our stay. We were woken up twice during the week to the fire alarms going off. Once's at 6am and the second time at 3am. We were asked to evacuate down 12 flights of stairs in our sleepwear until the firemen gave us the ok to re=enter the building. I was told this does not happen by others who live there year round.

excellent view of ocean. Dated yet cozy interior. The place grew on us throughout the week. We would rent again.
