Enjoy sunrise to sunset views from the living room balcony

Gateway Grand 501 is a 4 bedroom luxury condo in Ocean City;s landmark building, offering the most luxurious condos and amenities. SIDE UNIT IN OCEANFRONT BUILDING. Deluxe oceanfront building on 48th street with a large indoor pool, outdoor pool, exercise room, large sundeck and more. This decorator furnished 4BR, 3BA condo will offer all the luxury for a fantastic vacation. Panoramic views from the living room, dining area and kitchen. Keurig coffee maker is provided. Oceanside balcony with ocean views. Bayside balcony with Bayside views and accessible from all four bedrooms. Bed sizes include 1 king, 2 queen, and a pyramid bunk (a double and a single) with a single trundle and can sleep ten. The owner also has a Pack and Play, high chair and a stroller which are for guests use. Sheets and towels are provided, guest supplies all soaps and paper products. Washer and dryer are in the condo for your convenience. Property owner also supplies WIFI. The owner will share his beach storage locker which contains beach chairs, umbrellas and toys. The Gateway Grand charges an $151 non-refundable registration/parking fee with reservation.
The Gateway Grand requires a minimum stay of 7 days, units rent Saturday to Saturday in season and any 7 nights off season.
Non-smoking building except in designated areas. No pets, please
Our property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Internet and cable year round.

Disappointed

We couldn't get cable TV to work. Called the building and they didn't return the call. Called them again and the security guard told me to call Central reservations. I did and they didn't pick up, nor call me back. There were several electrical outlets that didn't work. The beach stuff in the storage was OK, but kind of old and tired. We could not find a light switch for the dining room table light. We had to make our beds when we arrived. The pictures might make you think it's ocean front, but it isn't. You can see the ocean from the side balcony, a very pleasant but small space. Don't get me wrong. It's a beautiful property, but there were many details that detracted from our stay there.

Such a great place!

Beautiful Property!

What a wonderful week! This property is absolutely beautiful and the amenities were just perfect. Plenty of room and the condo was laid out in such a spacious manner. Everything is so close by and it's easy to get in and out! Great views from both balconies! We will surely book again!

Great location, easy to go to places around town. Had great views of ocean and bay from balcony. Only problem was smelling cigarette smoke and cigarette ash on cushion on balcony.

Beautiful and spacious

This rental was a beautifully furnished and spacious end unit with both a bay and ocean view. We had more than enough room for 4 adults and 3 kids. This is our second year at the Gateway Grand and we love the location including proximity to the beach, pool, and restaurants. Another great vacation. Looking forward to next year.

Beautiful property! Great location!

We could not have asked for a better condo! It was so spacious. Each family had their own room and space. The views from each room were beautiful. Balcony basically wrapped around the entire condo. Beach access was perfect. Walked right out the back doors onto the beach. Storage locker was full of chairs and toys. We wish it was a little easier to get to the storage unit.

Great Family Trip

The condo was beautiful and spacious! We had plenty of room for (6) adults and (2) children. Everything we needed and more including toys for the children. The beach is right out the back which made it very easy to come and go!
