Aventurra 106 is a tastefully furnished ocean block condo ideally located on midtown 53rd street. Take full advantage of the multiple sliding doors that access the large wraparound balcony on the east and south facing sides. Catch a glimpse of the ocean and enjoy relaxing while breathing in the fresh ocean air and watching the sights and sounds of Ocean City. This property has a sizable, comfortable living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen making it easy to settle in to your home away from home at the beach. Being ocean block means you are a quick stroll away from the beach, but when a break is needed, you can always head up to the outdoor pool situated on the rooftop with huge sundeck area including lounge chairs. Outdoor pool is seasonal, opening and closing times may vary. The great location makes it easy to walk to lots of local dining including Fager's Island, Macky's, Seacrets and more, convention center, bayside activities, and a short drive to the world famous boardwalk. Sleeping up to eight guests, the bed sizes include two kings (new mattresses for 2022) in bedrooms one and two, a pyramid bunk in the bedroom three, and, if needed, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Property rents Saturday-Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season.
Guests must provide sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. For your added convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the unit. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets including pillowcases for each bed, and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
Non-Smoking, Non-Vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
