Savor the Views, along with the magnificent sunsets from the spacious, Private Balcony in this lovely 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Ocean and Bay View Condo. Only steps to the Beach, Restaurants and Shops, Capri 1802 is the perfect place to make memories and reconnect with the ones who matter most.

This wonderfully classic Ocean City Condo offers some new updates! The new flooring is reminiscent of a stroll on our famous OCMD Boardwalk, and the crisp, clean decor with floor to ceiling windows is bright and welcoming! The Condo’s beachy furnishings are perfect for family time after a day of fun in the sun. You’ll love relaxing in the Living Area with Free WiFi and Flat Screen TV, or take in that sweet, salty ocean breeze and some gorgeous Views from your Private Balcony. After a fun-filled day on the beach, you’ll love taking a dip in the Indoor Pool, or lounging on The Capri’s huge Oceanfront Sun Deck.

The Chef in your family will love the recent updates to the Kitchen! Well-stocked with all you need to make mealtime an absolute breeze, this Kitchen features a Breakfast Bar perfect for grabbing a quick bite before hitting the Beach. Feel like dining in? Prepare a lovely dinner with jaw-dropping views of the Ocean and Bay. Huge glass windows framing water and city views surround the spacious and tastefully decorated living and dining areas. While no one loves to do laundry on vacation, you’re sure to appreciate the convenient Washer/Dryer found just off the Kitchen!

Capri 1802 comfortably sleeps 7 with 3 Bedrooms and 2 Baths. Bedroom 2 Is perfect for your special little loved ones and will sleep 2 with two Twin Beds. Across the hall is a convenient Full Bath with Shower/Tub Combo. Bedroom 3, sleeps 3 comfortably with a Queen and a Twin Bed. The Master Bedroom located at the end of the hall has a King Bed, stunning views, a Flat Screen TV, and an attached Full Bath with walk-in shower.

Enjoy a gorgeous day on the Beach with a book from the Capri’s library, or dig into some of the amenities that are offered. This building features a beautiful Indoor Solarium Pool filled with lush tropical plants - and the pool is open all year! Other exciting amenities include Tennis Courts, an Indoor Basketball Court, Game Room, Exercise Room and Sauna, and a huge Oceanfront Sun Deck. You are only a short walk from many OC attractions, and some of the best dining available. There is something for every member of the family at the Capri!

Building Registration Fee: There is a $75 non-refundable building registration fee due upon arrival at The Capri and includes 1 assigned parking space. This is NOT included in the rental rate. Additional parking passes may be available, mostly in off season, at Security for an additional charge.

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.

PROS: Responsive prop management, beach proximity, beach chairs, umbrella, pool, water pressure, dishes & cookware, kitchen appliances, beds, linens, condo amenities.CONS: NEEDS DEEP CLEAN-40 years of crusty, greasy dust on kitchen cabinets, drapes, rattan furniture, corners of every room, etc. Dated decor, cat litter box, bathrooms have visible grout mold, dryer unusable-vents into kitchen-filter broken, coffee pot old and unclean. Coastal Hwy, street noise-balcony unusable. Bathmats disgusting
