This well-equipped and uniquely designed condo offers all the conveniences of a home, including a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a private courtyard with an outdoor dining area, on-site washer/dryer, central air conditioning throughout, free WiFi and cable TV, and access to shared amenities such as indoor and outdoor pools and tennis and racquetball courts.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Had a great stay! Two adults and kids, The place was super cozy and just what I needed. Everything was close by and easily reachable on foot. Everything was clean and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the great hospitality!

old and Damaged Floor

The complex and neighborhood is great. The entire place was dusty and floors were not cleaned. The tv's are old and the floor in the bathroom was giving when when you walked on it. The Property Manager and HOV President showed up to inspect the condo and did not realize it was rented. They demanded entry even though we were still sleep that morning.

Good location. Poorly managed

Pros: Good location. Indoor and outdoor pool, tennis courts. Grocery store located on same street. Bus stop close. Short walk to beach. Cons: Condo floors were filthy dirty. Our feet were black. Clean sheets put on floor in closet by housekeeping. Dryer did not work. Heavy blanket for pull out sofa balled up and thrown on closet floor. Did not know if it was clean or dirty. We needed it for pull out sofa. No bed pad on one bed- just a fitted sheet. Found a pair of dirty underwear underneath bed that did not belong to us when we did our check through of place when leaving.

Just Ok

The property is just ok , too pricy for it's condition . It wasn't very clean , ants were everywhere. The appliances were extremely old , the fridge was rusty and leaking , the clothes took 3 times in the dryer to get dry . the beds are not exactly queen size , it's a little bit smaller. the place is more for just 4 people not 6 . I won't go back again , it doesn't worth it .

Not the best

This was our third time using Vacasa and by far the least favorite. The gate key did not work. The codes for the pools were not given to us. The home was not cleaned thoroughly. We had to clean again. We did not have towels the first night. We had to buy them along with hand soap and toilet paper as there was not enough. The location overall was not bad. It is right off the main road not too far from the beach. The experience with our home was not good. Disappointed.
