Each spacious bedroom features its own private balcony to sit and enjoy that morning cup of coffee or that evening glass of wine. Need additional sleeping space? This unit features a queen sleeper sofa in the living room as well! This well-appointed condo is perfect for family gatherings and located steps away from putting your toes in the sand. The views from this beautiful unit combined with its convenient location will have you coming back year after year. The Century I building offers a fitness center complete with sauna as well as a seasonal indoor pool and is only a short walk to many fantastic Ocean City restaurants and family entertainment. This unit also has a beach locker with beach items available for guest use! There is a $50 registration fee for the Century 1 building which includes one parking spot. Additional parking spaces are available on a 1st come 1st serve basis through the Century 1 directly at $10 per day or $70 per week.

* A linen package is available to purchase as an add-on to your reservation at the time of booking. Linen packages include one (1) set of sheets for each bed listed and one (1) set of towels for each guest, up to the maximum occupancy of the unit. Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.
