Questo condominio splendidamente decorate dispone di 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni. La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale con bagno en suite. Il bagno ha una bella vasca da giardino e una cabina doccia. La seconda camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e una doppia più completo a castello con bagno privato che ha una doccia in piedi. La terza camera da letto ha letto matrimoniale, questa camera da letto ha una vasca proprio fuori dalla sua porta. Vi è l'accesso al 3 ° bagno dal corridoio ed ha una vasca / doccia combo. C'è una regina divano letto nel soggiorno. Tutte le camere sono dotate di TV a schermo piatto.

Il soggiorno ha un grande divano componibile e un grande televisore a schermo piatto. Per quei mesi invernali, vi è un camino a gas per tenervi accogliente. Questo condominio è superiore della linea di arredi da Betania Resorts e Kendall arredamento. La cucina è completamente attrezzata per impostare fino a 12, lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice full size, forno a microonde, 4 TV, lettore DVD, centrale a / c, ventilatore a soffitto. Non dimenticare il balcone con mare e Bayviews! Il condominio è per non fumatori, non sono ammessi animali. Massima occupazione è di 10.

Questo condominio ha la posizione perfetta vacanza estiva. Situato in posizione strategica sulla 59a (metà città) che consente una facile passeggiata a molti ristoranti, negozi, mini golf e bar. Il condominio è affittato Domenica a Domenica durante la stagione affitto estivo.

Solo alcuni degli ottimi servizi: piscina, doccia esterna, ascensori multipli, sala fitness e 1 posto auto coperto riservato con ulteriori posti auto in loco !!!

Perfect condo in OCMD!

Three couples stayed here for the Boardwalk Fest. The condo was better than we imagined, clean, well decorated and in a great location. Jami was a great host, she kept in touch through the process. This condo looks brand new, we felt like the first guests that stayed here. We will stay again in future, we highly recommend this place!

Great OC Place!

We recently stayed at this condo and it was wonderful. The condo is beautiful and decorated so nice and beachy. It was very clean when we arrived as well. The location was perfect. We were close to restaurants, mini golf, and not far from the boardwalk, about a 15 minute drive. We had beach access a few minutes walk away and it was great because there was a life guard on duty right in front of the condo. I liked that with having my children with me, made me feel very safe. The kitchen was stocked with all necessary dishware and beautiful pots. There is a coffee maker and blender as well. It was also a plus that our children stayed in the bedrooms at the front of the condo, and my husband and I had our bedroom on the other side. There are luggage carts and an elevator which make it super easy and time saving to unpack and check in. We were able to bring everything up in 1 trip. The parking was also right under the building, and we had 2 cars. We did have an issue with our linen package that we purchased but I contacted the owner right away and she was able to take care of the situation right then. I appreciated this so much. I would highly recommend staying here, you won’t be disappointed. I’m hoping to stay here next year with my family again.

Beautiful Condo!

This condo is amazing! The king bedroom is especially roomy, and between all available beds there is room for 10 to sleep comfortably. This condo was in a perfect location close to dining, shops, and most importantly the beach! The owner was fantastic in communicating with me before and during our stay. The condo was sparkling clean when we arrived which made me feel safe especially during these uncertain times. It’s also a huge plus that this condo had a very nice washer and dryer available right in a closet off the kitchen! I would definitely recommend this condo and would stay here again in the future :)

Great visit!

Great place to stay!

This condo was too notch! We We Came with in-laws, and our 4yo,2yo and 9 month old twin boys. The condo had a high chair and pack n play that we Appreciated having. The entire place was clean from top To bottom. The outside furniture was beautiful and very comfortable. The pictures on the website do not to this condo and location justice! The only thing that stinks is the indoor pool is only open 11am til 8pm due to them having someone there to watch the property, which I’m sure the condo owner has no control over but we would have liked to have went swimming earlier in the A.M. and used the hot tub later in the evening. Over all great stay and we will use this place again when we return to O.C.

Just perfect!

We rented this property for a family weekend reunion. So easy to find and just the perfect distance to get most anywhere you wanted. Beautiful views, lovely decor and very clean. 8 adults and had plenty of room. Will definitely consider a return trip!!!

Awesome condo

My family and I stayed at Adagio 412 from Thursday to Monday. I’ve stayed at quite a few condos in the past but this one really stood out. It is beautifully decorated (definitely love the colors and beach atmosphere). The kitchen is very well stocked. Can’t imagine that you wouldn’t have everything you need. Three bathrooms is definitely a plus especially with large families. Beds were very comfortable and loved the large tub. Nice furniture all around including the balcony. The owner Jami was quite accessible when needed. I would definitely stay here again.
