Gullway Townhouse 2823-Baywater 28th St, Pool, W/D, AC

Spacious and popular, these three bedroom townhomes - offering 1.5 or 2.5 baths - are perfectly situated along a wide, scenic lagoon. The community features excellent amenities, including a sundeck, boat docks, and an outdoor pool, making it ideal for relaxing or enjoying waterfront activities. Each unit is fully equipped for your comfort, with central air conditioning, a washer and dryer, dishwasher, and a complete kitchen. Carport parking is available for one vehicle (please note height restrictions). This is a non-smoking unit. Smoking is not permitted inside, on the back deck, or along the boardwalk. It is only allowed in designated parking areas within the community. Don’t disappoint the angler in your group—reserve your stay early and make the most of this waterfront getaway!

Not as described We made it work

Old, Smelly, Dirty, Not Well Maintained. The space for a large family seemed ideal, we were not prepared for the broken doors, and dirty floors. The Bunk Beds were as described, the bed in the Queen room was comfy. The bed in King Room was ok. There was no twin bed in the King, just a dirty air matress and there was only a flimsy twin pull out in the den. We on live 40min from OC so we are frequent visitors and luckily this was for a music festival so we just needed to shower and sleep. If we were on a weeks vacay I would have checked out as fast as we checked in!!

Creepy and not clean

Beware! The property location was nice but the townhome has not been updated since the 70s! I can handle old… but when it’s not clean and damaged it’s not worth the worry or money. My kids were afraid!! Killed 2 roaches. Inch of dust everywhere. Holes in the wall with human hair sticking out. Light bulbs blown. ALL couches and chairs had massive staining. Advertised pull out couch was slashed up by an animal or knife?? Electrical plugs were loose. Smoke detector ripped from wall. Bed comforters had staining. No deadbolt lock on the door. Neighbors car was broken into during stay. I can go on and on… when I filled out the customer satisfaction form at the rental company the gal behind the desk asked me if I was writing a book. I thought that to be a bit rude, she could have cared less of my concern. The property maintenance guy did come out on our second day to clean and change the lights bulbs/ smoke detector after I spoke with him… but the place is still a questionable!! When staying in Ocean City during the month of June make sure to ask if the property had been rented to graduating high school kids the day before you get there. I think that was apart of the problem. It’s a party house for teens who trash it and unfortunately the rental company doesn’t have standards it adheres to or this place never would have been rented.
