The Space:
* New for 2021, this condo offers a keyless entry system for easy access - so there's no need to keep track of keys! Jetty's Break 301 is a three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom condo that has it all - tall ceilings, an open floor plan, comfortable bedding, and a great ocean view off the furnished balcony - a perfect spot for al fresco dining! The balcony has a Polywood dining set! There's even a rooftop swimming pool and a workout room on the grounds of the property. Special touches include ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms and dual closets in the master bedroom. Enjoy a well-equipped, full kitchen with a large breakfast bar and new appliances, a private washer/dryer, and your own storage locker to make going to (and coming from) the beach a breeze! This storage locker has boogie boards, a couple of beach umbrellas, and several beach chairs. What's nearby: Conveniently located just a half-block from the beach on 92nd Street, Jetty's Break sits within easy walking distance of many restaurants and shops, such as Liquid Assets and Layton's. Tennis courts, a playground, and a basketball court are across the street, next to the supermarket. The building even offers covered parking for two cars and an elevator for your convenience. Things to know: One queen-size sofabed in the living area Includes a beach umbrella and two chairs Elevator in the building Outdoor shower available to rinse off the beach sand Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
