Sentiti a casa nella nostra bella e spaziosa 3 camere da letto 1. 5 bagni condominio. Il condominio si trova sull'88a strada ed è a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, con vista sull'oceano dal nostro ampio balcone.

Troverete la casa in ottime condizioni, con cucina e bagni recentemente aggiornati. E lavoriamo sodo per assicurarci di avere tutti i servizi di cui avrai bisogno, tra cui: piatti, utensili, elettrodomestici da cucina, impianto stereo per iPod. Il soggiorno ha una grande TV HD, con un lettore DVD / videoregistratore e una varietà di film e giochi, nonché l'accesso WIFI gratuito.

Il nostro condominio offre 2 posti auto coperti e un ripostiglio pieno di sdraio, ombrellone e giochi da spiaggia. A pochi passi da numerosi ristoranti, minimarket e un negozio di alimentari pieno.

Non affittiamo agli anziani delle scuole superiori. Qualcuno di 25 anni o più è tenuto a rimanere.

Owner was great to work with. Linen service was an unexpected bonus. The condo needs a deep clean , it doesn’t look like it has been done in the off season. It needs a refresh of kitchen plates, equipment, etc. The cleaning service did not do a complete job.

Our stay was nice, location good. Condo decorated nice. Unit was only surface clean, had to buy towels, sheets, paper itemsbon first day of artival..I text owner in detail and to request cleaning fee be refunded.

Perfect Vacation!

Arrived and had a clean secure place with all the AC, and appliances needed for a nice week with family. Close to the beach, on the ocean block. Neighbors were well behaved and there were no surprises. Family loved the beach, the layout and the sleeping arrangements worked well. We were able to enjoy the beach during day, and the porch at night. The boardwalk activities are a 15 minute drive but worth it. We truly had a blast! Coming back for sure!

Great Location

Conveniently located near the beach,restaurants and activities.Mike was very responsive and his welcome packet was so helpful. The beds and furniture were comfortable.The porch was a family favorite hang out location. The unit could have been a bit cleaner, there were many dead bugs in the bathroom ceiling light, the dishwasher had a moldy film inside, there was an empty vodka bottle stuffed under the mattress of our bed, and the mirrors were dirty. We arrived 1 and 1/2 hours after the designated check in time to find the cleaning lady inside. She was very apologetic and polite explaining that she was unable to access the code to get the keys sooner causing her to be late. We waited outside for about 20 minutes while she finished. In fairness, she may have felt rushed with us being there. We did a quick clean up of these issues and had a wonderful family beach vacation.

Awesome family time at the beach

A perfect space to celebrate my husband's birthday and getaway. The home was warmly decorated and comfortable. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, it was very convenient. The location is accessible to the beach, shopping and nearby attractions. Small hiccup when we discovered only 2 sets of keys in the lockbox and laundry in the washer but no worries we totally enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property and will book again. Thanks Mike and Nancy

Location, Location, Location

We spent 2 great weeks here. The location is perfect! Just steps from the beach. Mike was easy to communicate with. We had a couple SNAFUs when we first got there, but Mike took care of things in a timely manner. The condo had pretty much what we needed. Once I organized the kitchen, I had what I needed to cook meals. (I’m sure the disorganization was due to a summer of renters) This is a great property and we would definitely return!

Amazing time!!

Overall we had a wonderful time and would stay again! It was spacious and comfortable. We only had some small issues which was a clogged shower drain that we fixed and then in the dryer the lint was completely covered and there were wet towels in the dryer but that was probably from the last people that stayed and forgot about them. Overall though, we loved the property, the convenience of it being close to the beach (especially with small children) and how close it was to main stores! We will be coming back in the future for sure! We are already sad to be home!
