Lussuoso condominio con vista sull'oceano - Cabana Beach # 1


Ocean City, MD 3 BR, 2 BA condominio con vista sull'oceano vicino alla 128esima strada con cucina recentemente rinnovata. Una bellissima unità al 1 ° piano a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e da molte attrazioni famose. Questa unità dormirà 8-9. Si prega di portare i propri fogli e lenzuola. TV via cavo e WiFi in ogni stanza! Tutte le camere sono dipinte di fresco, hanno TV a parete e ventilatori a soffitto e nuovi trattamenti per le finestre! Bagno padronale recentemente rinnovato con doccia dal pavimento al soffitto. Abbiamo anche una lavatrice e asciugatrice completa. Questa proprietà in affitto si sentirà come a casa! Goditi la spiaggia durante il giorno e passeggia per molti ristoranti locali di notte. Gli affitti vanno da domenica a domenica durante l'alta stagione. Settimane e week-end parziali sono disponibili durante la bassa stagione. Questa è un'unità adatta alle famiglie e affittiamo solo agli adulti di 25 anni. PREOCCUPATO, NESSUN AFFITTO SETTIMANA SENIOR !! ** SI PREGA DI NOTARE CHE DURANTE I MESI DI NOV - MARZO SIAMO SOLO CANALI TV LOCALI E NESSUN INTERNET.**

OC beach condo great location

We had a wonderful time staying in OC for our annual 4th of July family vacation. The condo is a first floor unit with a reserved parking spot right in front of the unit. This made for very easy loading and unloading.The beach is less than a minute walk and only a few minutes walk to North Park, Uber bagels, Sunsations, a new mini golf course and lots of great restaurants. Ample space for our family to spread out with our kids having their own rooms and having two bathrooms instead of us all trying to share one.

Nice get away

It was a great experience overall; we did have trouble with internet in the bedrooms.The communication with owner was great!Beach was close.All amenities worked in the house.Just remember to bring lien, mentioned in description.

Perfect location!

Loved the convenience to the beach and popular OC and Dewey spots! Loved the layout for privacy (bedrooms and baths located in the back of the unit). Beautiful kitchen and baths. Very convenient to pop back and forth to the beach all day long! Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect beach getaway!

My family and I came for the weekend and were so impressed with the location to the beach and comfort of the home! The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for us to relax. The outdoor patio is also very nice and loved the reserved parking! Host was very responsive and had all the info we needed before we arrived. Would stay here again!

Relaxing OC getaway!

We had a wonderful long weekend! The condo had everything we needed and was so close to the beach. We didn’t cook dinners while we were there but the kitchen was fully stocked. The beds were very comfortable. Everyone slept well! We look forward to renting your condo again. Thank you for sharing your beach cabana with our family!

Absolutely perfect!

We recently stayed at the location for my daughter's softball tournament. We wanted an extended stay to get a vacation in also. Location was clean and quiet. Close to the beach and a ton to do within walking and driving distances. The hostess was great with communication and always available to answer questions. We had such an amazing experience!!

This was our second stay here and it was great again! We enjoy the location being able to walk to the beach, mini golf, and ice cream! Quiet. Plenty of beds for kiddos. Room to hang out.

Great time in North Ocean City

We have been staying in this area for many years, and we always wanted to give this building a try. This area offers great accessibility to restaurants, grocery, and north ocean city. The condo is a 6 unit building on the first floor. The layout blocked any living room/ kitchen noise , which we liked . We would reserve this unit again.

The images posted were a true depiction of the unit. Upon arrival the condo felt stuffy since the AC was turned off which was initially fine, because we thought it would cool down by the time we got back from dinner. We arrived past 10pm and it was still hot in the 2 back rooms. The back room with a Queen eventually cooled at around 3am, but the kids room AC NEVER got cooler. The unit smelled a bit musty/moldy which was somewhat disguised by the fragrance from containers of moisture eliminator products placed in each room. If you have allergies to mold and dust mites (wall to wall carpeting-except kitchen area) you should probably rethink this property as it was bad enough to break through our allergy meds. It is listed you need to bring your own linens to this property. The 2 queen sized beds had blankets, but we didn't use them. After we had booked I realized one of the rules was don't put blankets in the washer and we need to make the beds. I thought this was odd since we are making a bed we just used instead of putting it by the washer to get cleaned. We did not use the blankets since the owner revealed they are NOT WASHED between guests. In the rental agreement, "If you use the last of anything in the unit please replenish it; including but not limited to garbage bags; tissues; toilet tissue; food wrap; paper towels; laundry soap; dish soap, light bulbs; cleaning supplies." We ended up bringing our own of anything we planned on using. Master bath had literally 4 sheets of toilet paper left when we arrived for the cost of this rental you would think we could get at least a roll. We only spent one night, so this unit was good enough. If we were spending several days definitely would have asked the owner to address the AC. It's a convenient property if you want to be close to the beach, literally walk 100 ft and your feet are in sand.

Wonderful Property

Great location

This first floor property has a newly renovated kitchen which we did not use as we were there for a family function and did not cook. Three bedrooms/2 baths. The “kids bedroom has bunk beds with a trundle plus another stand alone twin. If you need all four of those beds it is going to be really tight. You also have to bring your own sheets and towels which spelled out ahead of time but it is a pain and we received an old contract with the wrong size bedding listed and my queen sheets could not fit the king size bed in the main bedroom. I was pretty annoyed after a 9+ hour drive to have to go find a king size sheet.
