Welcome to Marigot Beach Unit #1003
Note: We own both 1002 and 1003 so if you have larger parties and need 4 bedroom/4 bathrooms, we can accommodate larger parties.

100% NONSMOKING UNIT - We do not rent to smokers, this includes marijuana. Do not rent our units if you plan on smoking, you will be evicted.

The Space:
Beautifully renovated in 2024!
With unobstructed beach and ocean views, this 2 bedroom/2 bathroom oceanfront condo was decorated and upgraded with all the quality finishes you'd want while relaxing on vacation. Spa like baths, luxury kitchen, plush beds and sofa, you'll feel right at home enjoying quality time with friends and family.

Owners put cleanliness and communication as top priorities. We've installed air purification systems using owner's direct experience working at a major health system (Johns Hopkins). Our condos are equipped with Halo Whole Home Air Sanitation UVC LED systems installed in the HVAC as well as Ecoquest Breeze 2 commercial grade 6 stage UVC air purifiers. We want the condo and it's air to be clean and fresh giving guests confidence in our units. Folks with severe allergies, recovering from surgery, or are clean freaks like me appreciate the lengths we go to keep our places looking and smelling fresh.

• Oceanfront balcony access

Master bathroom:
• Quartz counter tops and tastefully updated bath fixtures.
• Glass enclosed walk-in shower with ceiling mounted rain shower head

Bedroom 2:
• 2 queen sized beds
• A 43" Roku smart TV is also available for use in the second bedroom

Guest bathroom:
• Quartz counter tops and tastefully updated bath fixtures.
• Full tub, perfect for families with small children.

Living room:
• Plush sectional couch
• 65" Roku smart TV over a LED fireplace for great family gatherings
• Oceanfront balcony access to expansive ocean views

Kitchen/Dining area:
• Quartz countertops and backsplash with accent under cabinet lighting
• New stainless steel appliances.
• Enjoy family meals around the large dining room table that seats up to 6 as well as bar height counter for additional seating.

Amenities:
• Ashore Beachfront hotel is next door including a oceanfront beach bar with live entertainment and elegant restaurant for sit in dining or enjoy a drink at the bar.
• Indoors features heated pool, large jetted hot tub
• High speed secured WiFi is provided free
• Roku smart TVs throughout provide ability to use Netflix, Hulu, or any streaming service you may subscribe to. Most common apps will be preinstalled.
• Keurig coffee maker available. Washer/dryer in unit for convenience.
Check-in & Check-out Hours/Parking:
• Parking for two vehicles is included.
• Check in 3PM/Check out 10AM (exceptions within reason can be made).

We emphasize cleanliness:
• High powered UV-C light installed within the HVAC system circulating sanitized air throughout the unit (Halo Whole Home Sanitation System).

• Eco Quest Breeze 2 Commercial grade Air Purifiers providing continuous UV-C air purification offering 6 stages of air filtration, including a photo-catalytic filter that traps bacteria and viruses to be deactivated by UV-C light. The air purifier is rated to sanitize the entire volume of air of the condo every 25 minutes. Combining the HVAC with these units will hopefully provide our clientele with a sense of ease during these times.

***Optional ozone purification of all air, surfaces, beds, etc within the unit between rentals free of charge. Please inquire about this as the unit will need to be aired out for ~10 mins prior to entry but would sanitize the condo even further if this interests you. We will be doing this for our family, so we wanted to offer it to yours.

• UV-C sanitation boxes provided to sanitize TV remotes between rentals and available to renters for phones, wallets, keys, etc. during your stay.

• Condo is professionally cleaned with products approved by the EPA.

• Linens will be washed between all rentals. If you prefer to bring your own linens, please let me know.

Stay at the beach

Condo and property location was excellent! Listed with indoor pool that looked amazing in photos but is closed for construction currently. The closed pool wasn’t communicated so make sure to ask if this is important. Overall, great place! We would return.

A breath of fresh salty air

Wonderful place! Clean place with climate just right. The only bummer was no onsite pool. Was under Reno or something. Owners offered pool at another site as alternative but did not need to.

An Exceptionally Pleasant Stay

Our stay was excellent. The complex is right on the beach and the view of the ocean is breathtaking (we even saw a large pod of dolphins). This unit, in particular, is especially cozy: the beds and chairs (even in the dining room) are comfortable, the kitchen has been conveniently set up with all the appliances, chinaware and utensils that we need and the television systems are more than ample. Jason and Melissa were also very attentive and responsive.

Lovely Winter Weekend at the Beach

Great location with beautiful views of the ocean and bay. Can't beat the location with access to the grocery store and restaurants (we especially enjoyed Liquid Assets for lunch). The condo had all the comforts of home - would definitely stay again!

Beautiful beachfront condo

The owners have taken a lot of pride in their condo. One of the best places I've stayed in OC. Everything in the condo is up to date and nice quality. The owners strive to give their renters a very clean environment to stay in. Jason was great with communicating with me about the condo being ready and answered the phone right away when I called about an issue with the electronic door lock.There is nothing more relaxing then hearing the sound of the ocean waves crashing on the beach and you definitely get that here.I definitely want to come back and stay at this condo again. Thank you Jason and family for the opportunity to stay in your condo.

Beautiful location with gorgeous view! Condo is nice, but was not very clean. Also, my questions were not answered promptly and some not at all. The owner/manager is not very responsive and I believe just sends out pre-made texts. No washcloths for bath or kitchen and that was not clear at all in the listing. I asked about a late (noon) checkout and he told me he thought that would be fine, yet the cleaning crew was at the door at 9:50 am. I think the owner would do better to hire a management company instead of trying to do it himself.

Our stay here was amazing

The condo is spacious and beautifully decorated with little luxury perks in every room. The owners have done a magnificent job at making sure the condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking essentials and updated appliances. The couch in the living space is plush heaven and the fireplace, tv and an air cleaner are also included. The main bedroom with the large window looking over the ocean is another little piece of heaven. The second room is also beautifully done with a bay facing window for the gorgeous sunsets. There is a laundry room that is convenient for washing and drying and a broom and even some sand toys and beach umbrellas. The outdoor porch had comfortable seating and of course the amazing view from the 10th floor. The whole condo was very clean. I didn’t even feel the need to do the bed checks like you might at a hotel. There is an indoor pool in the lower level that was very nice. Not crowded and kid friendly going from 3-5 ft deep. Vending machines and several luggage and grocery carts. Acme market across the street was very nice and had a lot of selection. The walk to the beach was short and easy. Overall we would beyond a doubt book here again. We were a little hesitant about a VRBO type rental but the owners are very responsive to any questions or messages and were very friendly through the whole process. The only thing that could’ve made the trip better was a longer stay :)

Weekend Getaway

Unit was beautifully decorated and very clean. Great views of both ocean and view. Linens were included which was a great bonus. Easy walk to the ocean and rental umbrellas and chairs were available if needed. Jason (Host) was very responsive and helpful. Only criticism is there was limited cookware available, I would bring your own if you plan on cooking in. Indoor pool onsite was very dated and not well kept. Overall great option for a weekend away or a longer stay, would book again!

Beachfront at its best!

What a fantastic place to enjoy the beach and all that Ocean City has to offer! The condo was perfect, recently remodeled and very clean and comfortable for my family. We had breathtaking views of the sunrises and sunsets. The first day we were there we saw several pods of dolphins just off shore jumping and playing in the surf. Right next door is the Ashore beach club that has amazing fresh fruit crushes! One quick note - the beach fills up fast so get our there by 7 to stake your spot with chairs - then head back to bed or enjoy breakfast at the condo. The hosts were very helpful and checked to make sure everything was good, its nice renting from real people vs a vacation rental agency!

Nicest Condo I've Ever Stayed In!

The owners took no shortcuts in remodeling this condo! It is top notch from top to bottom. Not even like a rental! It's like you are visiting someone in their home. It is beautiful! Everything works right; it is clean; it is modern. I am a total germaphobe. I usually don't even like going away because nothing is ever as advertised. Not this place! It is exactly as advertised. I hope ever renter respects this property as their own place because I plan to rent often. It is perfect! Steps to the beach and the most amazing views! It is direct ocean front. Great parking. Kitchen is beautifully stocked. Sofa in living room is the most comfortable! Bed's are so comfortable. Bathrooms all updated with sinks built for adults! This has been my favorite rental of all, and I am very hard to please.

Stay Here!

My family of four stayed here for a week and I cannot speak highly enough of our stay. This condo is clean and comfortable. All the amenities you would need, a fully equipped kitchen. The kids 12 and 14 had their own room, each with queen sized beds. Very comfortable for all of us to spend family time in the evenings. I loved having our own parking space, and also hearing the waves while going to sleep. One room looks over the ocean, the other the bay for easy sunset viewing. Communication with Jason was easy. we tried some of the restaurant recommendations in the welcome book and were not disappointed. I loved renting from a real person and not a property management company. Location is great too, right on the beach, and close enough to anything you want to do. I will stay here again!
