This spacious, light-filled, oceanside penthouse with a private wrap-around balcony is just half a block from the beach in the heart of Ocean City! Enjoy decorator finishes, free WiFi access, a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and six TVs and Netflix access throughout the home, including a flatscreen HDTV in the living room. You'll have two large soaking tubs, a full-size washer/dryer, central air conditioning, and two reserved, covered parking spaces to make your stay all the more convenient and stress-free.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Gotta Say It was Prettttyyy Nice!!!

I will say this 5 bedroom place was very spacious LOTS of space. I barely was bothered by the kids in their rooms. This is one clean very well kept unit. It had nice views In all honesty 2 fams could stay here with a kids and they would be fine. 3 bedrooms with there own bathrooms 2 bedrooms shared a bathroom. It really was nice and LOTS of open space no one was on top of one another.

Beach Getaway

The property was as pictured. Great location within walking of so many attractions ! Great unit for large group and the patio offered views of the bay and ocean. We would definitely choose again for our group

Perfect!

We stayed for a golf weekend and the space was large enough to accommodate 8 of us! Many of the places were closed for the season, but Seacrets was open and walkable! Great stay!

Key Largo is a great, convenient location. Building and penthouse need some attention as far as maintenance. Oven had not been cleaned in some time, pots and pans were old, missing day to day utensils, hot pads, etc., floors are worn.

Weekend Stay in OCMD

This condo was exactly what was needed for the weekend trip we had in OCMD. The condo was very well-kept and clean and the check-in process was seamless. We were also able to connect with Vacasa for any questions that we had throughout our stay. Would absolutely stay here again if I make another trip to OCMD. Thank you!

Big open space but kitchen needs some love.

This place was big and bright. Great for gathering a few friends. Close to beach and restaurants. Place was very clean. Just needs some carpet stain love. The kitchen just needs to be restocked in terms of utensils and extra plates lots of empty drawers. If we ate every meal at the condo we would be constantly rewatching forks and plates. Just needs a target run.

Roomy with good location.

Spacious and good location. Unit was in need of maintenance. Baseboards missing and nails were protruding out which could cause an injury to your feet. Sliding door screens fall off cause they do not operate smoothly. Furniture was dirty and stained. Overall it was a nice place but could use some attention. I would stay again.

2022 Ocean City Stay

Firstly, let me say that we enjoyed our stay. Location was great, short walk to beach and stores and restaurants. Property could be better maintained and cleaned. There were cobwebs on the lamp shade in the MBR, the dryer lint tray was not emptied and had so much sand in it. The vaccuum was half full of sand, neither ice maker worked and there was a previous review that stated this, so there was no attempt to fix it, and the fridge leaked. We reported the fridge and a repairman showed up at the door, without warning. When we showed him the fridge, he said he didn’t work on built ins. Almost could not get the draw to open in the freezer by the end of the week due to ice build up.

Great place, bad plumbing, poor communication

This is th second time we have rented this unit. It fits our needs well. It is not the best equipped kitchen. We’ve ever seen (no potholders?) but the dishes were good snd appliance worked well. Great laundry room. However we had problem with 4 of the five toilets. We were careful to use low density paper but we had frequently back ups. Spent way too much time cleaning bathroom!! When it finally go so bad we couldn’t deal with it we called for help. It tolls 3 calls over the course of the afternoon to get attention to it. The person I’m the second call found no record that the first call was even made. The third call 5 hours later got us prompt action and he actually told was what to expect. Before that no communication whatsoever expect to tel is they were “putting in a ticket” we had no idea what to expect snd at that point we were down 3 bathrooms. Vantage has always been responsive Vacasa has not made it better. Would love to have the unity again but will think twice unless we hear back that the issue have been addressed. Which I don’t expect. Vantage, you may have made some money selling out to Vacasa but you have lost touch with your customer

Convenient location

Great location, very close to the beach. Lots of things to do nearby. Spacious for our family of 12. My only complaint was the washing machine was not working and after calling the property mgnt 3 times, nobody came to fix the issue. The house also did not come with any paper towels and only came with 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom after I was told that there would be 2 rolls of paper towel and 2 rolls of toilet paper there. We still enjoyed our vacation.

Spacious but noisy

Upon entering we discovered a very spacious clean condo. Unfortunately, one side was closer to the Highway then originally thought. This came with a lot of noise that made it hard to sleep. The other side of the condo had many outside lights that could not be turned off. Again making it hard for family in those rooms to sleep. The air seemed to turn off in the middle of the night, which made everyone hot. And made it difficult to sleep. We tried fixing this with the thermostat, to no avail. There were not many pots and pans in the kitchen. Additionally, some of the pots had a nonstick surface which made them unusable. Also, for us tea drinkers, there was no tea pot.

Beautiful experience

Everyone enjoyed everything about our stay. The property was even better than it's online viewing. The check-in and checkout process was easy. The location is perfectly located near the ocean. Awesome property which resulted in an awesome experience.

Off-season Weekend

Pros: We loved the amount of space. The view from the balcony was very relaxing. The decor was upscale. Kitchen was updated/ upscale. Bedrooms and bedding were wonderful. Only Issues: While check-in was easy, there were 2 incidents when the key code did not work and had to be reset (after phone calls to Vacasa). One bedroom/ bathroom combo only has a soaking tub...so not ideal for adults. Not sure if I missed that in the description. Not a huge deal. Master bedroom carpet needs some serious TLC. Overall: We would definitely come back.

Spacious and Clean!

We came to Ocean City for our staff retreat and was looking for a place that is close to the beach. Key Largo was lovely! The place was clean, hotel-like and very close to the beach. They have an elevator which made it easy for us to carry our stuff from the garage. The kitchen was equipped with most of your cooking needs. If you have questions about the property, they are also very prompt to respond. Only thing we had a hard time with is the noise, it was also close to the main road, we have to close all the windows and doors to hear each other out and to be able to watch our staff development videos. Other than that, it is a great place to stay for a group. We had a wonderful time and would definitely book this place again in the future!
