Steps to the Beach - Pet-Friendly Coastal Escape

Escape to our family- and pet-friendly oceanside townhome, the perfect setting for your next beach getaway. Located on the ocean block and just steps from the beach, this recently renovated and beautifully maintained home offers the ideal coastal retreat in a quieter midtown area without surrounding high-rises.

The home features 3 bedrooms—a king bed (with optional cot), a full bed, and a twin-over-full bunk bed—plus two pullout sofas for additional sleeping space, making it perfect for families and groups. With 2 full bathrooms, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a fully stocked home with linens, towels, and essential amenities, everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided.

Relax outside on three private decks, where you can enjoy views of both the ocean and bay—perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets after a day on the sand.

Private parking ensures easy arrival, and the home is pet-friendly, so your four-legged family members can enjoy the beach getaway too.

This home is personally enjoyed and carefully maintained by the owners, and we take pride in providing a clean, comfortable, and welcoming space for every guest.

This place didn’t disappoint! It was clean, cozy, super cute, and a great proximity to the beach. It had everything we wanted and more. The balcony and patios were cherries on top. Access was stress-free and the host was very accommodating and attentive, quickly responding to and addressing all our needs. Even the dog felt right at home, curling up in her bed and gnawing a bone as if all was right in the world.Highly recommend!

The house was beautiful, clean, and exactly as pictured. It was perfect for our family vacation. The location is unbeatable, and it is so close to the beach which is exactly what we were looking for. You can tell this family really takes pride in their house, and there are many personal touches throughout the house that make it feel very homey. The host is very responsive. We had absolutely no issues while staying here. We will definitely be repeat guests!

Perfect Beach Getaway for Families and Furry Friends!Connor and Cayla’s property is everything you could want in a beach rental! The townhouse is incredibly spacious and just a short walk to the sand — truly an ideal location. The home is well-stocked with anything you might need, making it feel comfortable and convenient from the moment you arrive.We loved spending time on the two large patios on the lower level, and the private deck off the master bedroom gave us beautiful views of both the beach and the bay. It’s also a great spot if you’re bringing your pup — the unit is dog-friendly and even has a large grassy area right behind it.Connor was a fantastic host, checking in a few times during the week to make sure everything was going smoothly, and he responded quickly to any questions we had. This home is the perfect beach retreat for families — including your four-legged family members. We can’t wait to come back! -Eskey Family
