The ocean block makes it easy to get to and from the beach which is great especially if you have kids. You also get those amazing summer breezes off the water as you sit on the balcony enjoying the ocean views. The nearby neighborhoods on the bayside provide a great option for bike riding, walking, jogging and enjoying some of the local parks. Make it a point to stop by north side park on Sunday nights for the fireworks and listen to the live bands! The North Ocean City location provides easy access to jet ski/boat rentals, paddle board/SUP rentals, go-carts, laser tag, miniature golf and movies. There is plenty of great shops nearby and you are a short drive to tax free shopping in Delaware. Take a trip down Rt. 54 and enjoy a great selection of restaurants and be sure to enjoy happy hour on the deck at Harpoon Hanna’s!

* This unit is not rented to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* One assigned under cover parking spot provided. There is also additional free on street parking. (Undercover parking prohibits oversize vehicles.)
* Outdoor pool is elevated and only accessible by steps.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Quick access to the beach.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
