Cute home in downtown OC close to the boardwalk

If you long for the memories of old Ocean City, this is the house for you. Conveniently located on the bay side at 5th street in Downtown Ocean City. You will enjoy a private home located about 2 1/2 blocks from the boardwalk. Includes a backyard the prefect place to eat OC steamed crabs. The home features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. There is a full kitchen, full size washer and dryer, central air, WIFI and 2 televisions, one in the living area and one in the bunk bed room. Bedding includes a double sized bed in bedrooms 1 & 2, a set of bunk beds in bedroom 3, and a double sleep sofa in the living room to accommodate 8. There is an additional twin pull-out sofa, if needed. Property rents Saturday-Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season. Guest must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed, and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
There is also a storage shed with some beach chairs for guest use. Parking is for compact cars only. Parking width is 85 inches.
Non Smoking/Vaping No Pets Please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Property rents Saturday-Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season.

Great Location!

Honestly it’s in great location if you are going to the board walk or the beach! There’s a great deli down the road and Dunkin’ Donuts is also just two block away! Highly recommond for beach people.

Grandma's house

Definitely more for a short stay with a small family with small children. We were all adults and the house is small and cramped with too much furniture. It is definitely the feel of staying at grandma's house, complete with the smell and family photos. Badly in need of renovations/updating. (And there is no grill.)

Cute and great location but outdated

This cottage felt like it belonged in woods more than the beach. Decor was rustic and antique. Wifi and TVs did not work for the entire trip, although there were cables boxes and a router. There were a few ants in the back of the house (kitchen and back bathroom). The location was great though. Close to everything. Highlight of the property was the outdoor space. A spacious backyard was perfect for games and time outside.

Filthy

Our feet were black as coal, used toiletries left in cupboards bathrooms. Outside shower water was not turned on had to reach through wall and insulation to turn it on, but it was full of pine needles so we never did use it. Dark, musty, mold on kitchen dishes. Will never stay here again.
