Great Oceanfront 1 Bedroom in Desirable North Ocean City

Enjoy your vacation in this updated and adorable 1BR oceanfront condo, that sleeps up to 4, with a King in the primary BR plus a sleep sofa in the living area, and 1.5 bath. Uptown on 118th Street, you're within walking distance to popular restaurants, Gold Coast Mall, and even the grocery store. You'll love smelling the salt air and watching the ocean waves break from your balcony. Just steps to the beach where you can relax and catch some rays. The building has an elevator for easy access. Fully equipped kitchen, internet/cable TV, and washer/dryer, and outside shower available for your convenience. This property books mini weeks or full weeks with a Thursday or Sunday turnaround day in season, or any 3 nights in the off season.
Guest supplies all sheets, towels, soaps and paper products.
An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. There is a washer and dryer in condo for your convenience.
Non-smoking, non-vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not rent to groups under the age of 25.

End of Summer Beach Trip

Thank you for a wonderful stay in your beautiful condo! When we were ready to pull the cart upstairs, our neighbor helped me with my cart. We found that it was a quick in and out of the building to get to the beach. Everything was beautiful in the condo! Thank you, again for the lovely stay. The problem…it went by too quickly!

Very nice getaway!

Overall very nice stay at this property. We liked that the building was smaller than the typical high rises and in our experience was very quiet. It also has gated in parking which was nice as it avoided other traffic from coming and going. The unit itself was as pictured - clean, nice and comfortable furniture. The view was very nice from the comfortable chairs on the deck. It was also in a good location - close enough to walk to a number of restaurants, shops and we enjoyed a morning stroll to Northside Park. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Stay

Unit was perfect and easy check-in/out. Bed was comfortable and appeared to be new to this season. Kitchen was well appointed. View of the beach was perfect just steps away and you can hear the waves.

Not very welcoming!!

Was not clean. The water was off, as well as the hot water heater. Water damage (and possible mold) on some ceiling panels. Powder room in bedroom smelled like cigarette smoke. Management company should have gone in the morning of arrival and put chairs on balcony (as well as broom sweep it.) The screen door to slider was in the LR propped up against the TV. Bathroom sink not draining.

Everything was as advertised. Restaurants, grocery store within walking distance. The unit was clean and having an elevator was a great help. Checking in was a breeze and the staff very friendly.

Exceeded my expectations.

This location was more North than we normally stay, but it turned out to work for us. There were a couple of items that need addressing, but overall we enjoyed our stay. We are looking forward to renting this location again next.

Pleasantly appointed condo with incredible view

Condo was well stocked. The coffee maker is both pod and drip! It was nicely decorated. The bed and couch are very comfortable. The accessibility to the beach is easy. The views are incredible. It is on the second floor which is perfect. You can see over the dunes, but it is not too high up. Lovely.

Relax and refresh

Our trip started out not going so well. Transmission issues with car. Had to get it towed. We did make it to our destination, however it was way past the check in time. Called to let them know and they were very understanding and gave us the info for late check in. After the chaos of that, everything else was great. The info about our accommodations was spot on. Very close to beach, parking lot had secured gate for entrance, the ocean view was beautiful and just what we needed. I'd say the only thing that we noticed, which really wasn't much, was that whoever cleaned before we arrived, probably didn't do under the bed. There was a baby's pacifer laying under it. Would definitely rent this again.

Wonderful Beach Experience

Liked having a designated parking space. The location in proximity to the beach was fabulous! Loved the balcony! The bed was very comfortable, and it was nice to have access to a half bath when needed. There were enough kitchen supplies. The condo was clean, but the floors were not. The power surges when running the microwave were a bit annoying. The heavy mirror in the bedroom had to be taken off the wall to reset the breaker box several times :/ Access to an updated smart tv would have been helpful. The remote control and the tv were a bit antiquated and cumbersome to work. Thank you for reading the feedback. Hope it helps:) Katy

Ocean Walk

Enjoyed the Stay at Ocean Walk very convenient location. Called Central Reservations(CR) a day before and ask about check in time. The ask me to call when I arrived in OC. I stopped by the office at noon. They said the room was not ready and should be by 3:00PM. CR called before closing their office at 5:00PM and told me to pickup the key in their lock box and that they would call me the next day. We never heard back from CR. We brought our own linens, paper goods, and towels and was expecting them to provide soap for dishes, bathing and dishwasher but that was not supplied and there was nothing in the write up to bring those items. Other then the service we liked the condo and location and would rent again.

I wish I owned this Condo...!

I love this building and the neighborhood. As a real estate investor, I would love to own a unit like this. When we arrived, the unit lacked toilet paper and needed more trash bags. No big deal though. The hot water tank will need to be replaced soon as it is old, and rusting away. I would hate to see a flood in this unit.

Beach access for the win….

First let me start with if you are looking for great beach access this is it!!! And not as crowded as just down two blocks. Three adult women stayed here comfortably. I will note that upon arrival we all noticed that cleanliness was a bit of a factor. Yet, there were no cleaning supplies in the room. No toilet paper, no hand soap… I had to clean the a/c filters that were clogged and blinking to be changed?!? Dishes used are required to be washed (totally get) no dish soap. Basically you are supplied with the room and all kitchen cooking essentials but none of the basics to maintain a clean area. (I could have been spoiled the last 3 condos we rented). And cell service! We had NONE!! All on AT&T and no service in room and spotty outside the condo, okay on the beach. We did have a very enjoyable trip, but things I wish we would have known going in. Communication was great prior to arrival, once arrived no messages answered, we locked ourselves out, called, spoke to someone who said they made note and would get a lock smith out… lucky I have a super athlete sister…called to cancel the lock out request 45 minutes later and there was NO note that I had even called!!! The beach access saved this review! And we are certainly beach and sand babes. 😉

Perfect for a small family

We rented this condo for a long weekend while in town for my daughter's soccer tournament and the air show. We're a family of six but only four of us came. It was perfect and sadly not large enough for the six of us because I would definitely rent it again. It was in a perfect location. The condo was clean and the ocean view was amazing.
