Questa casa di recente costruzione e mai affittata è pronta per rendere questa la tua migliore vacanza ancora! La bellissima casa 3 BR 2 BA è caratterizzata da un'ampia zona giorno in cui la famiglia può riunirsi guardando la TV a grande schermo, giocando, giocando insieme a casa o semplicemente rilassandosi sui comodi mobili. Vi è un bellissimo pavimento in legno duro in tutto lo spazio abitativo con moquette nelle camere da letto. La cucina ha nuovissimi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e ha tutto il necessario per preparare un pasto. Amerai anche i ripiani in granito, gli schizzi sul retro delle piastrelle e la grande isola dove gli amici e la famiglia possono riunirsi mentre il pasto viene preparato. Le camere sono tutte dotate di nuovi letti / materassi e TV a schermo piatto per gli ospiti. La camera da letto principale ha un ampio bagno con una bellissima cabina doccia piastrellata! Ci sono nuove lavatrici e asciugatrici per gli ospiti. All'esterno, l'ampio patio anteriore è il luogo perfetto per appendere e gustare un cocktail o rilassarsi nella fresca brezza estiva!

Situato nella meravigliosa comunità di Montego Bay, non mancano le attività divertenti per la famiglia. Ci sono strade tranquille per andare in bicicletta, parchi per giocare, campi da tennis, shuffleboard, un molo per la pesca, piscina condominiale e, naturalmente, le meravigliose spiagge di Ocean City. Tutte queste attività sono solo una breve passeggiata o in bicicletta. La comunità è inoltre strategicamente posizionata vicino a un supermercato, molti ottimi ristoranti, mini-golf, film e molte altre attività divertenti che Ocean City ha da offrire!

The property was beautiful, in a quaint little neighborhood. No issue whatsoever with house or amenities. Only thing was finding the pool which happened to be right around the block, but no signage to tell you how to get there. Everything was great otherwise

Wonderful Place to Stay

I've always wanted to stay in Montego Bay. The neighborhood was the best and this home may be the nicest place we've stayed in while in Ocean City. We would definitely stay here again. The porch was great for meals and playing card games in the evening. It was one of the main reasons why we chose this home and we're glad that we did. The pool (which was very well maintained) is only one street over and the beach is just a short drive away. Wish we could have stayed longer but maybe next year. Thanks again for letting us stay in your home for our family vacation! We really enjoyed it.

Perfect long weekend getaway!

The house is as exactly as the photos show. Lots of extras to use as far as cooking and cleaning products. Quiet neighborhood. Close to everything. Able to drive or walk to restaurants and stores. Easy checkin. Outside patio to enjoy the outdoors. Comfy furniture and beds. We would definitely recommend this rental.

4th of July getaway

Rented this property for my family and my in laws for the 4th of July week. House was very clean, large, and very well equipped with everything we needed. There was a slight mix up in the beginning where I was given the wrong address, but Dave answered the phone right away and cleared up the minor mix up. Very nice neighborhood and we all enjoyed sitting out in the front porch. Would definitely recommend this property and would rebook.

Nicely updated house in quiet neighborhood. Pool was only 1 street over. Neighbors were all friendly. Raised ceilings made space seem larger. We didn't need it, but was nice to have washer and dryer there. Only thing that would make it better would be if linens and bath towels were provided.

Great vacation property. There was plenty of space for four adults and two teenagers to enjoy time together, but also relax and have their own personal space. It has a very beachy feel and the kitchen is stocked with all your cooking and entertaining needs. The unit looked clean upon arrival, but it was also nice to have access to a vacuum cleaner and other cleaning tools to use if you would like to do a quick clean before or after your use of the space. The bathrooms were nice and spacious and having a hairdryer available in the unit was very convenient. Each bedroom had plenty of hanging and drawer space for your belongings along with multiple outlets for charging electronics. The front porch is a great covered space with plenty of seating for the entire family to enjoy the fresh air. Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy this great space and make some wonderful memories with our family. Can’t wait to stay again!

Montego Bay beautiful

Wonderful experience staying on Clamshell Drive. The property was most importantly, clean! In addition, there was plenty of room and it was very quiet. This was a bonus. When we had our own property in Ocean City, we always had to deal with tenants above us or below us. The attraction to this property was that it stood alone, which we hoped would translate into peace and quiet. I slept like a baby the whole week. We are already wanting to reserve for next year. Bravo to the owners and the property managers!

Property is fine; beware inaccurate charges for false claims

The property was fine for our needs. I would have liked more supplies in the kitchen as it was difficult to even make breakfast for a family. The pans were quite scratched and not in good condition. There was no scraper to be found. We had to purchase a few things to be able to make meals. This is definitely a farther walk to the beach than we anticipated, but it is nice that the property sits back in and it's a perfect area for riding bike around the community. My major complaint is that we were charged a ridiculous amount to replace a cheap mini blind in the laundry room because they said we broke a piece off. I messaged the property management company several times to adamantly deny this happened during our stay. Not only did it not happen during our stay, there is also no way the mini blinds cost what I was charged to replace them. This feels very much like a scam to me, so I would be cautious about renting from them. At the very least, be sure to take pics of everything prior to leaving. I wish I had done that, but I've never had a problem renting on VRBO before.

My only "critique" is that when I've stayed at other places like this common stuff such as toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, and dish soap/dishwasher detergent are provided. During our stay we had to buy all of those things. There were a few of each but certainly not enough to accommodate a family of 4 for an entire week. Otherwise the property management was extremely helpful and kind, even when our address got mixed up! I would definitely stay at one of their properties again.
