Welcome to your dream home in the heart of Ocean City, Maryland! This spacious and beautifully maintained 6-bedroom, 2-baths house offers the ultimate coastal living experience.
Senior Week Rentals available only for the month of June. All guests will need to sign additional paperwork after booking and will have to have a parent or guardian sign as well. Each guest will also need to provide a legal government ID
Situated in the best location of Ocean City, you will be just a 2-minute walk away from the pristine beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun, sand, and surf anytime you like.
Nearby attractions: Ocean City Famous Boardwalk, Purple Moose Saloon, Spain Wine Bar, Guidos Burritos, Ocean Gallery, OC Fishing Pier, Trimper Rides of OC and much more!

Complimentary fresh sheets and a towel package are included with every reservation of 3 nights or more, ensuring a hassle-free experience from the moment you arrive. This will include 2 sheets for each sleeping surface, pillowcases for all the pillows and a set of towels for each guest (1-bath towel, 1-Hand towel and 1-wash cloth per guest).
For hygiene and sanitation purposes, linens are professionally prepared, sealed in plastic and provided in a package. Guests will be responsible for making their own beds upon arrival

Linens and towels arrived at 8:30 pm 5 hours after checkin. Nowhere on the site does it say the property will not be ready to use or that you must make your own beds upon arrival. Some pillows were quite old and some even had blood stains. There were no starter sundries on site. We reached out to the management company and were told they were normally provided. They offered to send some but their response time was so late that we had already purchased the needed tp and other necessities. The place was barely cleaned. I understand that’s it’s a beach location but the amount of sand and dirt on the floor was unacceptable also had some dirty dishes in cabinets. The only sign of a cleaning service was there was a paper strip across the toilet seats. When we contacted them regarding the state of the home they apologized and said they never make the beds for “sanitary purposes” but with the stained pillows and comforters that are NOT changed or sanitized each stay that seems a cop out on just collecting fees and not providing a proper service. They did offer to replace the pillows but did not follow through on that. The only positive thing I can say about this home is it is located very near the boardwalk. However be prepared for extreme traffic noise as the location is right off the bridge to the island.
