OCEANFRONT condo with an indoor pool in uptown Ocean City! This spacious condo offers a breathtaking view of the ocean from every room, making it the perfect destination for your next beach getaway. Step out onto the balcony and soak up the sun; located on the 5th floor with a southern view, this condo offers stunning views of the ocean and the surrounding area. With the capacity to sleep up to 6 people, this condo is ideal for large families or groups of friends looking for a memorable vacation experience. The master bedroom features a comfortable king bed, while the second bedroom offers a full/full bunk bed. The condo also features two full bathrooms, a full kitchen, high-speed internet, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer and smart TVs (which you can log in with your login credentials.) There is also new central AC so you'll be cool and comfortable during your entire stay.**NOTE: There is a twin trundle in the second bedroom if you prefer to use that instead of the bunk beds BUT the maximum occupancy for the property is still 6 people at all times.

In addition to the condo's amenities, the building itself offers a range of activities for you to enjoy. Take advantage of the arcade, tennis court, and gym, or simply relax on the beach with direct access from the building. With so many indoor and outdoor activities available, including a half-court basketball court, full tennis court and indoor pool, this vacation condo is the perfect choice, rain or shine. You'll also be in walking distance to restaurants, shopping, etc.

Please note the Capri has a $75 building amenity use fee. This fee is NOT INCLUDED in your final reservation price and will need to be paid at the building upon arrival. This fee includes one parking space. Additonal spaces are available on a first come, first served basis directly through the Capri building when you arrive. Additional passes, if available are $10 per day or $55 week. They are purchased directly from the Capri building.

*Comforters/blankets and pillows are provided. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $111.75. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products. NOTE: If you purchase the linen package, linens are provided for the king bed and the bunk beds, not the twin trundle, you will still need to bring linens for the trundle since the maximum occupancy is 6 people. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
