Everything was as advertised, the unit was very easy to find, and there was availabl free parking close by. There was a substantial (but partially obstructed) ocean view from the unit and it was very convenient to the main thoroughfare in Ocean City. Everything was clean and in operating condition. Would stay again.

Concert weekend

Went for the Ocean Calling festival weekend. Great location for getting around using the public transit system. Loved hearing the waves crashing the beach day and night. Easy walk to the beach. Plenty of supplies for the beach provided. Plan to return again.

Wonderful Property - Unit 7

Close to beach, Unit-7 had a great view from the balcony. The condo was well furnished and the ambience was very nice which gave beech feeling and vacation. Storage room had plenty of beech toys and chairs ball etc. games and books. I cant think of any negatives at all!! Will be back next summer - Thanks!!

Excellent

Condo was perfect for my wife, son, and me. It was clean, very comfortable, and steps from the beach. Both checkin and checkout were easy and it was nice that they also have a storage unit filled with beach accessories-towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc. Features in the condo were also great--fridge, and kitchen, as well as a small washer and dryer unit. For Ocean City, it was also very quiet--no late-night noise or commotion. That's even more significant because we were there during the 4th of July. I highly recommend!

Great location and clean.

I love the mid-town location and was just a 30 second walk to the beach. The room was the perfect size for our small family and clean. The only downside was the a/c unit said not to turn below 70 and it was a little warm sleeping at night. But I am a hot sleeper and like it cold at night. Other then that everything was great.

Why would you stay anywhere else?

Condo was clean, charming, and inviting all while having a perfect view of the ocean and being steps from the beach. My partner and I were pleasantly surprised by how nice the property was given the reasonable price point. If Unit 7 is an option during any of our future trips to Ocean City, I’ll book it in a heartbeat.

Wonderful stay for OC!

We stayed here last year and had a perfect experience, and we are happy to say that this year was the same. To start, GREAT location. Practically right next to the beach, and not too far from the boardwalk, restaurants (On the Bay Seafood is a very short walk), and other things to do. The room was clean, well decorated, and inviting. The space was organized, and well stocked with cookware/soaps/etc. It was the perfect space for us to come back and decompress, and the renters Carolyn and Herb are very helpful/reliable for any questions or assistance you would need. Thank you for helping us have the best experience at Ocean City!

The place is apt for stay with all the basic amenities needed as described in the website just 100 to 200 steps from beach. The amenities provided for the beach is awesome. Neatly maintained property.Would love to come back again in summers.

The getaway you need...

A wonderful, relaxing stay. Right at the beach with a short walk to great places to east and the boardwalk, without the boardwalk crowd. The owners were informative and pleasant through the entire process. The property was absolutely as advertised and even better once you arrive!
