* No groups under 25 years old
* Check-out time is 10am, please be sure to depart promptly as we use a professional cleaning company that requires access after 10am.
* Guests are expected to remove all trash at check out
* If you have dirty dishes on the morning of checkout, please load the dishwasher and start a cycle with the provided detergent
* Guests that violate the Town of Ocean City Noise Ordinance or Condo Association rules may face immediate eviction

When checking out, please be sure to check all drawers/closets for any personal items. Shipping items back to you will incur a $35 fee + the cost of shipping.

*Trash must be bagged before being put in chute
*Renters are not allowed to have pets
