    The Space:

    You need only cross the dunes to reach the golden sand of North Ocean City from this condo in Fountainhead Towers. This oceanfront escape is a wonderful base for your coastal adventures, offering a shaded balcony overlooking the beach, a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and such conveniences as central AC and a washer/dryer. There's even a flatscreen TV in the living room and each of the two bedrooms, ensuring that you'll be entertained every moment you're not on the beach.



    Situated just across the dunes from the ocean, Fountainhead Towers offers access to community amenities that include a beachfront swimming pool, a tennis court, and a sundeck. You'll be practically across the road from the Gold Coast Mall, a matter of steps from restaurants and groceries, three-quarters of a mile south of Northside Park, and only two miles south of the Fenwick Island Lighthouse and tax-free shopping across the Maryland-Delaware state line.

    No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

    The pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

    No pets

    A $60 Non-refundable building registration fee is due per vehicle upon check-in.

    Parking: One designated on-site parking space is included with this rental.



    Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and occupy this property.



    Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Pop effect beach getaway

Very nice end unit beach front condo. Easy beach access away from the crowds near the boardwalk. Loved our stay.

Would stay here again!

The space was the perfect size for our family for everything we needed, love the large 2 balconies also ! Very clean and was able to get ahold of the office easy if needing anything! Would stay here again!

Great vacation!

We have stayed in the Fountainhead for many years. This unit is fantastic! Very clean, loved the location in the building and the unit is nicely updated. The master bath shower is a nice feature. Loved the oversized bay side balcony too. We can't wait to come back next year!

Perfect home away from home!

There wasn't anything we didn't love about this unit and it's location! It was easily the cleanest, most charming beach home we've stayed in. The ocean view was amazing and the large open deck with access from the master bedroom and living room was a bonus. The updated kitchen was absolutely beautiful and large dining room table was perfect for meals and playing boardgames. Building staff was friendly and communication with Vacasa was exceptional. We would definitely book this unit again!

Great beach vacation

This was a great unit for our family of 4. It provided great views of the beach and pool area and comfortable living room seating for movies after a long day at the beach. The building seems to have less units than some of the larger condos in the area which made elevator access much easier. The pool area always had seating as well. We definitely recommend and would come back here!

Home Away From Home

This unit is wonderful. The upgraded kitchen was awesome. I love how the wall was taken down, so you have a complete view of the ocean. The furniture was in great shape, and the beds were comfortable. The unit even had fans for each room, which is a must for my family. It also had an iron and ironing board. Many other units do not have fans or an iron. This is one of my favorite units to stay in.

Check-in

The check-in process was cumbersome. There were 2 lines outside. An A-L line & M-Z line. It took way too long for the staff member to find the names on the labels on the packets. Sometimes he looked through them 2 or 3 times. Perhaps someone should write the last name in large letters in black marker on the top of the envelope to make it easier to read.
