Set up under the shade of an umbrella with a good book on the beach and enjoy the ocean breeze. Plenty of dine-in restaurants and other local attractions await you in downtown Ocean City.

Return to your humble condo after a fun-filled morning, lie down on the comfortable couches in the living area, then head into the kitchen and whip up an unforgettable dinner for everyone. Kick back with a couple of cold drinks and take in the gorgeous view of the ocean from the comfort of your private balcony. The incredible sunset vistas and the soothing sound of the waves are sure to linger with you long after your stay.

On-site amenities also include a pool, so be sure to bring your bathing suit for a refreshing swim.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 4.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice location and good size space. Loved the covered balcony. The main issue was the cleanliness. The “clean” towels that we used after our shower had black human hairs on them and weren’t discovered until I was drying my kids. Totally disgusting and didn’t use and of the provided towels the rest of the trip. Also, sand was all over the floors in the kitchen, dining room area when we first arrived. A/c units had black mold or dust on the vents which was also very gross.

Nice condo on the beach

We had a great time at this property. It was as described and the balcony was especially nice. The furniture was comfortable and there was plenty of space for 4 adults. The bathrooms could use updating but were clean and functional. The location was good, near a number of restaurants that we could walk to. We requested an early check in well in advance which we offered to pay an additional fee for and and we were disappointed that the manager denied our request. The parking is a little chaotic but we were lucky to find a space near the building. I had expected an assigned spot designated for our unit but that was not the case.

Lots of potential, poor management

The property is lovely, but things such as black mold in the air conditioners, sheets that didn't fit the beds, WiFi that was sporadic made this an unsatisfactory experience for a pretty high rental cost.

PERFECT!

This unit was SO CLEAN when we arrived! There were more than enough towels & linens, LOTS of shampoo, conditioner & soap, and a "Welcome" book from the owners with a lot of useful info. Perfect waterfront view from the large private balcony. If you want current "top shelf" updates (bathrooms, kitchen), this is not the place for you. But since my only concern is that it's CLEAN, I was 100% happy with this unit. I really wish "Vacasa" installed ANY kind of recycling system: it breaks my heart putting bottles, cans, paper and plastic bottles in the trash. Would I stay here again? ABSOLUTELY!

Location, location, location

The outdoor space at this condo makes it worth it, 5 stars for that. Inside left a lot to be desired. It was surface cleaned pretty well, but the bathtub needed to be rescrubbed, the blinds and baseboard heaters could for sure use a deep cleaning. The two leather couches had a very mildewy smell to them,so much so that we moved the furniture so.that we could sit on the futon in front of the tv. The exhaust fan in the en- suite bathroom could not be used due to terrible squealing. Again, the balcony was amazing for watching the ocean & sunrises. Also, make sure to ask for the building code, not just the condo door code, so that you can get to the condo.

You cannot beat this view or area. Dolphins viewed everyday from patio.

Condo as described. Beautiful ! Could use a deep cleaning as ceilings fans and air units were dirty. Lovely quiet location. Appreciated the kitchen staples ( salt pepper and assorted spices,and leftover containers) Kitchen well stocked. Never had to buy paper products or garbage bags, or laundry or dish tabs as plenty were supplied. 2 ice trays were ready when we arrived ! Would recommend a swifter as we only had a straw broom that was not good with sand. Patio furniture was amazingly comfortable. Any questions that arose were easily answered by staff at condo. Other guests/residents were common and very friendly. Totally enjoyed our stay. ! We have been traveling together as 4 girl cousins for 30 years and this rates as one of our favorite places we have stayed. Maryland is beautiful !
