Dimensione perfetta per una piccola famiglia o una coppia in fuga per una vacanza rilassante. Questo condominio arredato in modo confortevole è dotato di una cucina completamente attrezzata con forno a microonde. Abbastanza vicino alla spiaggia per il bagno e le pause pranzo. Goditi il meglio di entrambi i mondi con un'ottima posizione per famiglie sulla spiaggia settentrionale vicino agli outlet e ai ristoranti e una breve passeggiata per prendere l'autobus per $ 3. 00 / giorno per essere sul lungomare o nell'ingresso senza il fastidio di un'auto.

Nice little condo/ great location

Took my 12 year old granddaughter to Ocean City for a quick trip before school. We stayed in this condo just steps from the beach. We were about 15 minutes to the boardwalk. Condo is an older unit, but was clean and everything was in working condition. The balcony gave views of the ocean. I would definitely stay here again.

Good option

Good option if you want a balcony with a view of the ocean. Also a good option if you want to be on the part of the beach that isn't as busy and crowded. Walkable to several food options.

Loved our stay

We stayed with our infant son and all had a fantastic week at the condo. It was very clean and had a great view of the beach. At night can turn off the AC, sit outside and hear the waves. The balcony has a retractable shade which was very nice. Bed is very comfortable and both AC units work great to keep the condo cool. Heat index was well over 100F for the week, and it kept the unit cool with no problems. We loved having a designated parking spot. Other people mention the parking is tight but our Hyundai Santa Fe fit with plenty of room. Beach access is very close to the condo with a nice walkway and a place to wash your feet before going back in. We would recommend 10/10 and absolutely would stay again.

Awesome location

Great location steps from the beach with an ocean view. We love north OC and this condo was perfect for our little family. Loved sitting on the balcony after a day at the beach. Easy parking. Quiet street. Loved it!

Nice condo- and great location!

This condo is an EXCELLENT distance to the shore! It is very possible to leave your car in the reserved, covered spot beneath the building and carry your things out to the sand (which is a guarded beach during the day); it's not even a block of walking. This building is also an easy walking distance to at least one breakfast spot, convenience stores, and a few others; if you bring a car, it's also a short drive to grocery stores and other locations- and if you do stock up on groceries, the kitchen is truly fully-stocked, so you can cook just about anything (I also do like how most of the appliances are stainless-steel- but that's not a critical factor). I have been accustomed to central A/C, but the two window units kept my guest and I cool even on the warmest days. Due to the age of my guest, it was a bit of a challenge getting up the stairs to the condo, but it was overall a very good stay for us both.

Shower had soft spots in tub spending on where you stepped. A bit of a musty odor on bedroom, but after a few hours, didn’t notice it Temperature was good. Both AC units worked fine. Appliances all worked fine. Overall, it fit our needs well.

Perfect spot

The quaint condo was just right for us! It had everything we needed. We met kind neighbors in the building.m too. Easy walking access to the beach. Restaurants are everywhere. The kids loved the quiet street. Street parking was no problem too.

Weekend at the beach

The unit is very close to the beach and comfortable. There is an outdoor shower / foot shower. The deposit was promptly returned. We enjoyed our visit to Ocean City. Tina was great. She recommended The Crabcake Factory up the street. We loved the Crabcakes and Bllody Mary with lump crab meat.

Relaxing/Unfortunate

For the most part, we were enjoying ourselves and relaxing until the evening of our 2nd night. We were overran by gnats in our condo, we saw a few here and there upon arrival but that wasn't a major issue to us. But around that evening they seemed to have just swarmed out of nowhere, in every room. The kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and living room. we were unable to finish our stay and left 11 hours early before our checkout time was even due. Tina, our host, was doing a great job up until that point. But we couldn't last in there any longer. ,
