    Welcome to Ponte Vista at 735 Bradley Rd, your relaxing bayside retreat in beautiful Ocean City. Perched on the 5th floor, this charming one-bedroom, one-bath condo offers peaceful bay views, a large private balcony, and everything you need for a comfortable coastal getaway.



    Start your mornings slowly as sunlight fills the condo and the calm waters of the bay shimmer just beyond your balcony. Brew a fresh cup of coffee using the drip coffee maker and step outside to the spacious furnished balcony, where you can enjoy the gentle bay breeze while planning the day ahead.



    The condo’s bayside location offers the perfect balance of quiet relaxation and convenient access to everything Ocean City has to offer. When you’re ready to head to the beach, it’s just a quick 3–4 minute drive to the nearby beach access points along Coastal Highway, where the Atlantic Ocean awaits with wide sandy beaches and lifeguards on duty during the summer season.



    The elevator leads to this top (5th) floor unit. Enjoy the bay instantly walk 15-20 min to the beach, Art League of Ocean City MD (art center), library, playground, basketball court, grocery, pizzeria and restaurants (Blue Fish, Bull on the Beach 94th St.).’



    After a morning by the ocean, return to the condo community and cool off in the outdoor bayfront pool. The pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day and offers a refreshing way to unwind while enjoying views of the water.



    Inside, the living space is warm and inviting. Relax on the comfortable sofa, watch your favorite shows on the TV, or simply enjoy a quiet evening after a day of exploring Ocean City. The living room also features a full sleeper sofa, allowing the condo to comfortably sleep up to four guests.



    The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for simple meals during your stay. Along with the drip coffee maker, you’ll also find a Bullet blender for smoothies or quick breakfast drinks before heading out for a day at the beach.



    The bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed for restful nights after full days of sun, sand, and sightseeing. For added convenience, the condo also includes an iron and ironing board so you can keep everything fresh during your stay.



    From the moment you arrive, we want you to feel at home. That’s why we provide a complimentary starter kit with essentials for your stay. The kit includes body soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and a sponge — everything you need to get settled in right away.



    All linens and bath towels are included with your stay, and every bed will be freshly made before you arrive.

You may also encounter local wildlife such as seagulls, raccoons, foxes, or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of Ocean City’s natural charm.



    If something feels off — whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue — please let us know right away (a quick photo helps). Our team typically responds promptly and will do everything we can to resolve it with as little disruption or discomfort as possible. While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’re always here to help and make your stay as smooth as we can.



    After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, birthday, photo ID, and signing a rental lease agreement. All information is stored internally and not sold to any third party as this is how we verify age and legally protect our homes.



    All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel, along with fresh sheets and pillowcases.



    Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition (for example, requiring cleanup of vomit or urine).



    Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.



    Each property has its own set of house rules. Please review these carefully before booking, as completing your reservation confirms your agreement to follow them. Failure to comply with house rules may result in fines or removal from the property without refund.
