Every day is a relaxing beach day at Summer Palace! Located on a little ocean block FREE street with beautiful ocean and bay views from this top floor and private condo. Our FREE and pristine beach; no rocks, no seaweed and raked every night in season for the "pillow affect" is just mere steps away. Spend mornings savoring your coffee with ocean (+ sunrises are FREE) and bay views on the balcony with high top Adirondack chairs so your views are not blocked by balcony railings or evenings on the balcony; again with ocean and bay views (+ sunsets are FREE). Enjoy all the amenities this condo rental has to offer. Among these amenities are WiFi access, smart TVs one to two parking spaces (unit specific), and air conditioning units. Perfect midtown location places your far enough away from the action for some quiet, but close enough that all of Ocean City, MD’s best attractions are easily accessible.

Remember the entire barrier island of Ocean City, Maryland is only 7 miles long so nothing is far from anything and our terrific bus system means you can park your car and not have to get in it again.
The bus stop is at the beginning of this little street, only costs $3 and you can get on and off as many times as you would like to within the same 24 hours.

We were there for the Country Calling music festival. Great spot to hop on the Beach Bus to head down to Jolly Roger. It was perfect!!! Nice and quiet. Loved being a few steps from the beach! Perfect beachy condo!

Perfect little place

This property was a perfect stay for our trip to the beach. Our communication with Marcy was fantastic…she was prompt with her responses. The property was so clean and decorated so cute. It was close in walking distance to the beach. I highly recommend this property. Perfect stay!

Fantastic condo..book instead of a hotel!

My boyfriend and I booked Marcy's condo for a few nights away and it could not have been more perfect. Any couple considering an overpriced hotel that hasn't been updated since the 90's should absolutely book this listing instead! The place is super clean and updated, with a supportive, comfortable mattress. The mid-town location is perfect, and Marcy was a fantastic, responsive host. We will absolutely be staying again.

Great Place!

The condo is super cute and decored with a lovely beach vibe. I loved everything about it. Marcy, the owner, is the best. She's very attentive if you have any issues. The 4 floors of climb to get to that great view might be a problem for some....was not for me, but just wanted to be transparent about the stairs. I would def stay here again and highly recommend!

Lovely Getaway

Clean, comfortable and cozy are words that describe my stay. My husband and I booked this unit for a weeks’s stay and it was one of the best weeks we’ve had in a long while. I own a business and my husband works full-time with kids in a middle school. We needed the break and this was the perfect getaway. The space was quiet at night with an extremely comfortable bed. Also, it was just steps from the beach, which was clean and not the least bit of congestion. The location was in the middle of everything: so much to do for the adults and kids. You can easily access restaurants, ice cream shops, amusement parks, and even grocery stores. The owner is lovely and so easy to work with. So glad we came.

Great getaway!

We stayed here for our annual OCMD beach week and it was a lovely spot. I liked the top floor because the sky light gave it more space and airiness. The unit was clean, nicely furnished, and welcoming. I loved the balcony views of the bay and ocean with my coffee in the morning. Perfect central location, without street noise. Marcy is truly a gem of a host! Very pleasant and responsive.

Great Location-Clean-Comfortable!

Marcy is extremely helpful, polite and very informative. We knew in advance to bring our own linens and towels. Check in process is easy. Enjoying the view from the deck was a plus. The apartment is in an excellent location and is very comfy, bright and homey. We will most definitely book this place again when we visit Ocean City!

Great stay

Everything was as advertised. I typically travel to OCMD 2-3 a year. This is a great location! Close to everything, but yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Condo was clean, spacious, well equipped and you can’t beat the views for being on a side street!! Marcy was an excellent host and answered any questions we had right away. We will definitely be looking forward to staying there again !

Short stay

We were Thursday-Sunday. The location was pretty great. Very short walk to beach, and it did have ocean views. It was quiet, which was nice, as it was a very busy OC weekend. It's tiny, and the stairs to get up to it are narrow. It's on the top floor, no elevator. It wouldn't be ideal for larger people, or those that have trouble with stairs. You need to pack everything, they do not supply soap, shampoo, towels, or bedding. The bedding can be added for 100.00 additional charge. The host was great though in that she was very responsive. She also offered to let us in early. Overall, it was a great stay, weather aside. I know the review probably makes me sound like an ungrateful crab, but really I just like to point out every potential problem to other renters.

Amazing Stay

Marcy has a beautiful peaceful place. It makes you feel right at home, it’s welcoming clean and has everything you need. The view is beautiful and it was so nice to sit out on the balcony in the evenings & in the morning. Very responsive overall and has the “in” on places to visit and eat. I would 10/10 recommend. Such a great experience and Marcy was a lovely host!

A terrific condo!

We enjoyed our stay at Marcy's condo and were there for two weeks. Marcy was very communicative and the check in process was seamless. The condo is located at a great street with several restaurants and stores within walking distance. There is even an ice cream store directly across the street. It is only a block from the beach access. We had a parking spot, which was convenient, and the bus stop was directly in front of the building, which was terrific. The bus is a great way to get around in OCMD ($4 all day). The kitchen condo was fully stocked with everything you need if you want to cook. There is a washer and dryer, linen closet, comfy chairs on the porch, and fans and a/c in the condo for comfort. I definitely recommend Marcy's condo.
