Not kept up properly. Vacuum cleaner did not work, didn’t pick up the sand. There was no broom to sweep the sand. We had to go out and buy one. Two out of three lights in the kitchen and every bathroom didn’t work three lightbulbs in each fixture and only one lightbulb would light. All of the air conditioning registers were rusted and frozen. The blinds in one of the bedroom were brittle and snapped when you tried to open them. The place was not cleaned properly, for instance under the couch under the chairs under the kitchen table. The dryer was loaded with sand That had to be cleaned out before it could be operated. The washing machine start button didn’t work several times.Overall, very disappointed for a 3000 rental. The place needs to be updated to command that kind of price. Would not recommend this unit for anybody to stay in.
