Welcome to this super spacious, 1840 sq.ft, 3 bedroom/3 bath townhouse close to all the downtown attractions. Property is just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk, as well as to many downtown restaurants and eateries, attractions and activities for all ages, including golf, arcades, watercraft rentals and cruises. Walking distance to Pickles Pub, Thrasher's Fries, Hammerhead's Bar & Grill, Bike World, and The Kite Loft, Trimper's Rides. Short drive to Jolly Roger Amusement Park, Seacrets, Fager's Island, multiple miniature golf locations, and the Convention Center.

Equipped with cable tv and free Wi-Fi, smart lock that provides each guest with a unique code and hassle-free keyless entry, unit is self-check in. You will have access to a full-size utility room with a washer and dryer. Initial supply of toiletries such as toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, dishwasher, laundry detergent are provided. Please feel free to bring your own additionally, as we will not refill items if they run out during your stay.

The property sleeps up to 12 persons. Parking is provided for 2 cars.
This property is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed. A one-time fee of $150 per pet applies for the duration of the stay.
All smoking/vaping is prohibited inside the unit. Families and Groups are welcome.
Please note that outdoor grilling is not permitted because the Town of Ocean City regulations.

- Master Suite with King Bed and plus the queen size bed, a private bathroom
- 2nd and 3rd bedrooms - each bedroom has 2 double beds: one shared bath next door
Queen size pullout couch in the living room for additional sleeping

Worcester County and the state of Maryland require that we collect a 5% room tax and a 6% sales tax respectively.

Complimentary fresh sheets and a towel package are included with every reservation of 3 nights or more, ensuring a hassle-free experience from the moment you arrive. This will include 2 sheets for each sleeping surface, pillowcases for the pillows a set of towels for each guest (1-bath towel, 1-Hand towel and 1-wash cloth per guest). For hygiene and sanitation purposes, linens are professionally prepared, sealed in plastic and provided in a package. Guests will be responsible for making their own beds upon arrival
