It is a convenient location and the rental has a great open layout. I was disappointed in items not functioning properly. The sofabed didn't pull out as should so the kids couldn't use it like a bed. Instead, they had to all sleep on the couch itself. There were not extra blankets/pillows to be used on the sofabeds/couches. Since it was advertised for sleeping space, it would be expected to have supplies for them as well. The hot water did not last long enough for everyone to shower, so we had to do day/night rotations. It also did not stay hot enough to fill the jacuzzi tub that was in the master bedroom. The dishwasher had a broken part so only the upper rack would clean. We ended up inconveniently hand washing dishes for 7 people every meal throughout the vacation. A few broken items in the unit. I contacted the management company, who gave the option to repair during our 4 night stay, OR not, so we were not interrupted. We chose not to, but with the list of items and pics we sent to the management company, its highly unlikely these "just" broke before we checked in. One or two inconveniences don't make much difference, but an accumulation gets annoying when you're on vacation with a group. As far as convenience, the location was perfect! Easy walks to boardwalk ad beach and short drives to supermarkets/restaurants/activities.
