    The Space:

    Conveniently located next to the famous, family-friendly Fishtales restaurant, this charming townhome is the perfect place for your group or family to have an exciting and unforgettable time in Ocean City! Right next to the Bahia Marina where you can pick up bait, fish off the dock, charter a deep-sea fishing excursion, and rent bay water sport vehicles, you're sure to have a fun time out on the waves. Several mini-golfing areas, fine dining, coffee shops, seafood buffets, the boardwalk, and the beach are all within walking distance! When you want to stay close to home base but still relax, an on-site glittering pool is available at your leisure. Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright and stylish interior simply flooded with natural light, thanks to the viewing windows that boast incredible views of the water. The beautiful living area invites you in to lounge about on the plush furniture, have great conversation, or take in a movie on the large TV. The private balcony offers million-dollar views and peace as you have front-row seats to an amazing sunset. Prepare culinary crafts in the full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and a floating island breakfast bar. For extra space for guests, a sofa bed is provided. The main bedroom is the epitome of comfort with a King-size bed, a private balcony, and a lovely en suite bathroom with a double-sink vanity and a luxurious walk-in shower. THINGS TO KNOW There is free garage parking for 2 vehicles Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great Location!

Perfectly placed location

Waking up on the calm waters of the canal made for a tranquil morning and stunning reflections in the evening. We even enjoyed my daughter’s paddle board. This townhouse had all the amenities and a manageable walk to the beach. Each floor balcony with stunning views provided instant calm and a great place for family conversations. We absolutely recommend this spot and will go back next season or sooner!

Best Vacasa OCMD house yet

We have been traveling to OCMD for about the past 6 years and this property was the nicest house/hotel we have stayed at yet! The house was all around beautiful and we loved the two balcony’s. It has a great view and location right on the inlet and was just two blocks from the beach. Great centralized location with tons of touristy spots to get food and drinks nearby. Having a garage and shared pool to use was also a great perk! The AC worked great, the beds were comfy, bathrooms were clean, and showers were hot. There’s not much else to say besides thank you for an amazing stay! We will definitely be trying to book here again in the future.

Love this house!

Overall this was a beautiful home that is within walking distance for my family, which includes a 2 year old and 4 year old. It was easy to get in and out the house was clean and exactly as described. Thr internet was not working when we arrived. I called Vacasa, they opened a ticket. The homeowner immediately called the service provider to have it reset.
