    Enjoy this 3 bedroom/2 bath home located on 5th street in Downtown Ocean City MD!

    Great Location! This house is just a short walk to the boardwalk, beach, attractions, courts and parks. It is perfect for extended family retreat and large groups! The home is set up to sleep 18 people. Parking for 2 vehicles in grass driveway beside the side the front door on the left side of house.

    A stocked kitchen with all the cooking essentials. 2 full bathrooms. Smart TV & Internet access. A free bay side fishing pier is located just 2 blocks away! You can park or walk to all the attractions. The house has space for 2 vehicles to park in the grass driveway, the rest would have to park on the street (which is free street parking).

    OC Beach & Boardwalk is just 2 blocks away - About a 4 minute walk.

    Great restaurants also located within walking distance. Just a few blocks down the road there is access to Ocean City’s Park, courts, and playgrounds! Come enjoy!

    This is a non smoking unit. No pets allowed. Bed Linens & bath towels are included in your stay. We provide the sheets & towels, but do not make the beds. Do to the large groups staying at the house you need to bring paper towels, dish towels, toilet paper. We provide 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, plus 1 trash bag liner is provided for your arrival. Check in is anytime after 4 pm. Check out is promptly 10 am.
    Guests will receive an email with more check in information after their confirmed booking.

Location was easily accessible and close to bay, beach, boardwalk, a little corner store, and park. House was nice and slept 12 of us in beds with extra bed space for about 4 more people. Bathrooms need hooks or someplace to hang towels. There was limited privacy with the number of beds in each room. Host was easy to get hold of via text and answered our questions quickly. Overall a lovely place to stay and a great location.

Overall the property was clean. The reason I am giving it an average of 3 is the mold in both bathrooms. Plus, it is advertised for large groups but you are told you may need to bring additional bath tissue, trash bags and paper towels because the size of your party. The location is great. It’s not a newer rental. I would suggest door mats outside and inside to help with the sand. There is a hose at the front of the home. The washer and dryer are a bonus.
