Beautiful Bayview 1 Bedroom 1 Bath Masonry Condo. With an extra big Balcony. Pool, washer and dryer, full kitchen, sleeps 6, and easy elevator access to the unit. The building is located in North Ocean City. Sliding Glass Doors and Hot Water Heater. Nicely furnished.

Enter through our very clean condo complex and then see the bay (and spectacular sunset colors) in the distance from the expansive balcony. Free Wi-Fi, Smart TV.

We try to conserve water but if you're staying five nights or more, use our washing machines and dryer - no charge.

Fishing and crabbing and paddle boarding right on the property

Our stay was amazing! Queenie and Doug answered every question we had. Even though we had an issue with the washer, they did everything they could to speed the process along for it to be fixed. The view from the balcony was awesome and all the extra little things that were provided like games and keriug cups made it a wonderful experience!!!! And the pool was wonderful. Highly recommend staying here.

Serene Retreat

Very welcoming condo. Equipped with starter coffee, creamers, paper products, towels, bedding and small shampoos and soap. Lots of dishes and silverware. Only thing missing or we couldn’t find was potholders and a dish towel or sponge for cleaning pots and pans.Condo was beautifully decorated and relaxing.Steps away from the pool and bay. Relaxing scenery from balcony. We did wish balcony area was a bit larger so that you could stretch out a bit more. Condo is a bit of walk to beach but just leave your beach stuff in car, drive up to Acme parking lot and then walk right to beach,

We had a wonderful time. This property is so beautiful. Great amenities like washer/dryer, kitchen, smart tv. The pool was very convenient because you can walk out to the back patio, go down some stairs, and you’re there!!

We loved staying here! So convenient for a quick weekend getaway! Everything was so clean when we arrived. I love that all the bed sheets and towels were included. Communication with Doug and Queenie was wonderful! Easy to get into the condo with lock pad and free parking! The view of the bay is stunning! We will stay here again!

Great vacation getaway

We booked this place got there and it was by far the best place we've ever booked. Great quiet Bayside location yet close to everything there is to do in ocean city, MD. Landlord is awesome with great communication back and forth. Most Definitely recommend this spot.

Always a pleasure

I’ve stayed here several times and it’s so great not needing a single thing while you visit. Everything you need (besides food, of course) is provided. The sunsets are incredible, the neighbors are so kind, and the building is very quiet. The bed is also so comfortable! Do yourself a favor and book it. You won’t be sorry. I will definitely be back.

Beautiful view, great shore experience

If you’re looking for the smell, the feel of the beach and beautiful bayside views OCMD look no further! Doug and Queenies place at Ponte Vista provided me and my family everything we needed. They were very accommodating and made the checkin process very simple. We would definitely come back. Their unit was very nice and clean. It was comfortable to sleep in and their couches were great. The washer and dryer were a plus since we have young ones. Would definitely stay again!

Great condo and location

We rented this condo for our daughter’s week-long softball tournament in OC and Salisbury. The condo was clean and perfect for our needs. The bed and pullout couch were comfortable. Our girls enjoyed the pool and watching the sunset over the bay. Love that the balcony walked out to a deck area with stairs to the docks and pool. Would definitely recommend!

The best place to stay!

I’ve always stayed in this building every time I’ve visited ocean city but this was the first time staying in this particular unit and I’m so happy I did. Everything is there for you to walk in and enjoy your stay. The hosts are great. I’m going back again in 2 weeks! Thank you!

Amazing!!

The condo was perfect! Even better than the pictures. We loved the extended balcony and the ease of getting to the pool. We caught a crab off the dock, did some fishing, even rented a boat and went out to clam. They thought of everything with this condo! We didnt need to bring anything but ourselves and clothes.

Cozy Condo in Ocean City

This condo was an excellent fit for my family. We took our morning coffee on the patio overlooking the bay with a full Waterview. It has a fully functional kitchen and is a very short drive from the Ocean City beach/boardwalk, excellent restaurants, and local attractions. Thanks for a great stay!

Hosts that care!

Cleanliness is at the top of our checklist, and obviously for the hosts of this condo as well. Lots of touches to make the stay comfortable. Good furniture, extra TP, PT if needed. Shampoo, soaps, plenty of towels. There was even some individual coffee creamers in the fridge marked “for the guests”. So accommodating and much appreciated!!
