Renovated 1st Floor 2 Bedroom Condo close to pool and beach with outdoor space.

This spacious Condo sits on 120th street within walking distance of the famous Crab Cake Factory and just a 5-7 minute walk to the beach. There is an outdoor space for outdoor dining and relaxation in the 4 comfortable adirondack chairs. The condo features 2 bedrooms that sleep 5-6. The Master Bedroom boasts a queen size bed with a slider opening to the patio. The guest room includes a bunk bed with a full on the bottom, twin on the top and twin trundle below, with an attached on suite bathroom. The unit offers 2 full bathrooms with a soaker tub. Kitchen and dining area offers seating for 5 along with all needed kitchen items, including a Keurig Coffee maker. A washer and dryer are located in the unit and are available for use the entire stay. A 55" smart TV with Netflix and Xfinity cable is provided in the Living Room. Two large TVS are available in both bedrooms, each with Xfinity cable and ROKU boxes. Netflix is also available in each room at no charge. WIFI is provided to each guest. A spacious private patio and deck area is located outside of the unit allowing enjoyment of the beautiful Ocean City weather. There is a large dining table with an umbrella for shade, and a sitting area with a fire-pit table. Amenities include an outside and indoor pool along with tennis courts, located just across the street.

We absolutely loved the apartment, especially the outdoor space — it was perfect for relaxing. The kids had a blast at the pool, and the short walk to the beach made everything so convenient. We've been returning to Ocean City every summer, and this was truly one of our best experiences yet. We’ll definitely try to book this same place again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect! Close to restaurants, the beach, pool, supermarket, gas station, and lots of fun activities. The kitchen was well stocked and condo clean, which made things so convenient for our family. Highly recommend staying here, we'd definitely come back on our next visit!

Family vacation

Our original condo we booked fell thru last minute so we found this new condo. They were so kind and helpful is booking and understanding our need the specific dates. The condo was very clean, fresh, decorated well and so inviting. We loved it. Jeff was easily available for contact or any questions and so down to earth and helpful. I always feel happy when renting from a kind owner that cares about helping families have a great vacation rental. We plan to book again for next summer!

Dance Nationals/Bday Vacation

The property is just as advertised. Beautiful renovations. Love the outdoor patio. It was in a great location. We attended a week long nationals dance competition and it was the perfect place to come back and rest afterwards. Beds were comfortable and ac was nice and cool. Plenty of storage space for food and clothing as well. Beach was close and restaurants and other shops as well. We will book here again!

Beautiful condo with perfect location.

2 blocks off the beach and far enough down the coastal highway that the beach isn’t overwhelmingly crowded like it would be by the board walk. Easy to walk to the bus where it’s $4/day to get to any of the attractions up and down the coastal highway. We had such a great stay and communication with the host was extremely smooth. The space was very up to date and clean, comfortably fitting our party of 5. The outdoor space was lovely and perfect for evening game night. You need to bring your own bath towels, sheets, toilet paper and paper towels, but we were aware of this prior to our arrival and came prepared. Will definitely stay here in our future trips to OCMD!

Amazing Rental

I would absolutely stay here again. The property was very clean, and sets the mood for vacation as soon as you step foot on the property. The location is perfect. It’s within walking distance to the beach and many activities and places to eat near by. To top off this beautiful condo rental, the property owners went above and beyond. They made sure we had everything we needed, and to top it off we had car trouble the night before we left. So I contacted them to see if they could help me extend my stay since I was having trouble finding how to do so on the app. They helped me with it instantly. Truly an amazing rental and phenomenal property owners! I would highly recommend

Awesome Location

Best location to stay while visiting Ocean City, MD. I have visited Ocean city many times and staying at this location made my trip 10x better. Everything felt so close and the walk to the beach was very short. The condo was awesome and stocked with all you need. Highly recommend!

Comfort & convenience!

This is a great place to stay for a family vacation. It is literally 2 mins walking to the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping, just a short drive to downtown OC. The condo itself is clean and well equipped with everything we needed. We also enjoyed the private yard and community pool. The owner is easy and pleasant to talk to. We will definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great vacation in OC!

Perfect beach condo

Owner was very communicative and responsive to any questions I had. Property was clean, nicely decorated, and had Netflix! Location was within walking distance (5 mins or so) of beach, grocery store, pharmacy, coffee, and restaurants. Perfect for a family vacation.
