    The Space:

    This will be your favorite Ocean City hot spot! A relaxing vacation and plenty of beach memories are in store for you at this well-equipped retreat. Located along Coastal Highway at 41st St., this three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is less than one block from the beach and within a short walking distance of many popular restaurants and attractions, such as Dough Roller, Rita's, and On the Bay Seafood. This incredible home away from home is also conveniently located across the street from the Roland E. Powell Convention Center, which hosts wonderful events throughout the year, such as Cruisin' Ocean City, Endless Summer Cruisin', OC Bikefest, Ocean City Boat Show, and more. Also just a short drive from the downtown Boardwalk area. Guests will be thrilled to know that this inviting condo grants them access to all the comforts of home, including Wireless Internet, four TVs, three Blue Ray DVDs, a fully-equipped kitchen, central A/C, and a full-size washer/dryer. Best of all, you can relax and enjoy partial bay views right from your own spacious wrap-around balcony! Grab your beach chair and walk down to the sand for a day of sun and surf (one block), or take a swim in the refreshing outdoor pool (open seasonally). *All TVs in the home feature a firestick, which provide internet TV and local channels for guest enjoyment Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great location!

Fathers Day Vaca 2021

We all loved the property. It was located in a great spot, right by the beach and shopping areas. We enjoyed it all. House was very clean and comfortable and had pretty much everything we needed for our week stay.

Nice place

The only negative is the property is on a corner of a main street and can be noisy. Overall the place is great.

The unit is very spacious, especially the master bedroom and main living area. The balcony wraps around the unit and allows a view of the ocean and the bay. Because of it's location on Coastal highway, it is very noisy when sitting on the balcony.

Awesome Condo n Wondeful View

Condo was equipped with anything u could possibly need. Beautiful view of the bay, ocean, n huge balcony for everyone to join in on the fun n view on the street below. Clean, parking great, n kitchen was supplied with anything needed. Would prefer 3rd bedroom not to have the bunk situation but seems like the majority is like that. Bus is accessable across the street going into inlet area n drop off is very close as well. Located across from convention center n was perfect during bike week for us.

Good , except for noise from coastal highway

House inside was clean and like new condition. We din’t use the futon. Worked well for 4 adults and 4 kids (2 kids share one full bed in kids room). Glad the house was on the beach side of coastal highway as we realized the pedestrian crossing signal takes forever (like 5 minutes or more) to get the walk signal. The house was well furnished. Kitchen had all the necessary stuff. There is shower outside. But the biggest bummer is that this house is on the second floor by the side of the coastal highway and it was noisy at night (2 of 4 adults found it a problem, kids were tired to notice). We could hear giggle from sidewalk and racing cars well past midnight . Other than this one house was perfect.
