    The Space:

    This spacious, five-bedroom home is perfect for large families and groups of friends! There are large decks that are great for evening family time after the beach and two outdoor showers for rinsing off the sand. The open floor plan makes it perfect for gatherings–the cook of the group can work their magic on the kitchen and not miss a single moment of an entertaining conversation taking place in the living room. Enjoy the comforts of home in a quiet residential area close to the beach! Things to Know This property is located in an R1-zoned area. Per Ocean City Ordinance, the maximum occupancy in a dwelling in the R-1 single family residential district and the MH mobile home residential district being used as a premises for habitation/rental housing unit, is two persons per bedroom, plus two additional persons, provided that occupancy does not exceed the maximum allowed occupancy under Chapter 10 and the dwelling's or building's allowed occupancy use for its provided fire protection features required under Chapter 34. The maximum occupancy limit is strictly enforced. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again. Some minor issues: The TVs are ridiculously small. Don't watch a lot of TV on vacation but when you do, it would be nice to not need binoculars. Flooring on the top step is loose (trip hazard). Drain in outdoor shower is clogged. Otherwise, great place!

Needs Update

The kitchen and appliances need to be updated. There was no DVD controller so we couldn't use the DVD on rainy days. We went and bought our own!

Great Location!

This was a great house for our family of 10, especially the 5 bedrooms. The remodeled bathrooms and kitchen are very nice. We walked to many of our favorite locations, including the indoor mini golf, Alley Oops, and restaurants. We were disappointed in the cleanliness, however. One bathroom didn't seem to have been cleaned at all. We cleaned it! Many kitchen surfaces had to be rewiped. The microwave was dirty inside. I spoke to someone at Vacasa and they were very helpful.They would have sent the cleaners back but we had already cleaned up to move in our belongings. Overall, we had a great week and would stay there again!

Fantastic location and spacious home.

Everything about the home was perfect for our stay. There were 8 adults and we had plenty of space to spread out, relax and enjoy a fantastic week together. Having space for 4 cars to park off the street was very nice. It was super easy to get in and out of the home and a two block walk to the beach. Having decks to sun and the screened deck were really nice. The only thing I would recommend is an upgrade to the kitchen appliances, but we were able to cook full meals with little difficulty. There is plenty of cookware and we were able to make everything we planned. Part of the deal was my children each had to cook a meal as their contribution to the week....turns out they are fantastic cooks!!! I highly recommend this home if you are looking for a very relaxing, peaceful stay that is convenient to all of the attractions (miniature golf, Fisher's popcorn, good restaurants all in easy walking distance) and an easy drive down to the boardwalk and downtown OC.
