Park your vehicles in our spacious 2 garage and never use them the rest of your stay since everything is in walking distance to you.

The Space
Sunburst is a luxury townhouse located on the ocean block near 16th Street downtown. This three-bedroom, three-full bath townhouse has two furnished balconies overlooking the excitement of downtown Ocean City with a partial ocean view.

This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for 3 days or as long as you would like your vacation to last. The spacious living room is furnished with a comfy/cozy couch, a matching love seat, an armchair, and a television with DVD, Cable and Netflix for your entertainment. The couch doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a dining area, perfect for meals with the family. Also off the living area is a Full bathroom with a stand-up shower. Next to the dining area is the fully stocked kitchen with refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, disposal, dishwasher, with a breakfast bar and wide, granite countertop, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The Master bedroom has a king-size bed, a television and a private Master bathroom. The second bedroom has a pyramid double bunk bed with a trundle and television. The third bedroom has a Queen-size bed with a television and access to the hall bathroom. This property comfortably sleeps 12 people, so bring the whole family! A twin-size cot or air mattress is available for a 12th guest.

Upon request we would assist you with a link to rent linens or we can rent them for you.

Grilling is not permitted in the unit and community per OCMD fire code

This property is non-smoking and does not allow pets.
